Milky coffee and then porridge for breakfast. Then 1/6 of a quiche for lunch. Houmous and 2 breadsticks as well. Dinner half a fish pie. Evening snack had the other half. Bit of n odd food day. The dinner I had planned wasn't soft enough so I ended up with the fish pie. Will have options later. Houmous has too many cals so I think I will stop having it.

I agree. I can eat quite a nice selection :D

Am i eating too much?

I am 6wks post op & after losing just 2lbs in 2 weeks i'm wondering if i'm having too much.

I am struggling with fluids, i'm having about 1 - 1.25 litres a day of NAS juice.

I'm having either a scrambled egg or a weetabix & lots of ss milk for breakfast.

Lunch is either half a tin of lentil soup or baked beans & lf laughing cow cheese mixed together.

Dinner is either quorn chicken or mince with some vegetables & gravy.

I'm also having 2 protein shakes a day. Its protein powder (1 scoop) made up with 150ml of milk. I have one in the morning & one in the afternoon.

If i didn't have the protein shakes i don't think i'd be able to get anywhere near the recommended daily intake for protein. I am feeling a bit better for taking them, i was exhausted before starting on them but have a bit more energy now.
