bypass daily menu -

I've done a bit more walking this week. Can't wait til I can go swimming though.
 
I wish o could afford the gym / swimming & I just find walking boring :(

Do you have a Be Active scheme where you are? I can use the gym and swim for free. Just for being a Birmingham resident.

There is in next town , but when I looked at it I thought I earned too much , tho someone else I know says she gets it free , need to look into it more

Some areas get a prescription like membership to their local gym think some have it in my area i havent been offered it but neither have i asked as we have a gym at school which staff can use free of charge after the kids have gone home. xx
 
I know I can get a 12 week reduced plan through doctors , but have been told if I use 2 or 3 times a week it works out the same as unlimited membership , which is £40 a month
 
I am sure some people round my area get there's for nothing i have heard them talking bout it. You need to ask about it, don't ask you don't get, has to be worth a try xx

Ours is if you pay your council tax to Birmingham council, you get to use the Be Active times. I dont pay anything. My partner had to pay for his card, as he is from Nuneaton. But some things in Brum he still can use for free, and others he has to pay a tiny amount. Its really good.

I have never used the 12 week voucher thing either x

D - pork medallion , broccoli , carrots , 0.5 dry roast potato , gravy
S - 2x krisprolls , 2x slices wafer thin ham
Milk before bed
Tea , warm nas
721 cals , 56g protein
 
Cup of semi skimmed milk with my tablets
Breakfast one warburtons brown thin
Dinner one cream cracker with cheese
Tea 2 pieces of fish pokora *taken off batter* with fage mint sauce. Yummy.
Supper babybel (maybe)
 
Breakfast - ww fromage frais, four slices peach, half portion start right sprinkled on top
Lunch - four pieces spinach and ricotta ravioli ontop on oven roast med veg
Dinner three melba toast with two slices pork loin between them, three pickled onion, two baby gherkins
Snacks - handful edamame beans, small portion start right with ss milk


One of my back teeth has just broken so I'm predicting soups until I get to a dentist!
 
My sympathies i hate the dentist makes me a nervous wreck, then you have to pay to add insult to injury. xxhope you get sorted soon xx
 
Ouchies. Hope it's sorted soon. I actually like going to the dentist. Love the injection they give to numb your mouth lol. Yes I am strange.

It doesn't hurt (yet??) I thought I had something stuck but went to floss and it came away! Fearful of dentists hope it doesn't hurt me or my pocket too much
