Thanks ladies for input,
This might sound daft but I'm really bad at drinking fluids,I count my coffee as fluids and I'm not near drinking enough.
Does it really effect your weightloss not having enough fluids within the body?
And how many calories do you not go over?
I've never counted calories,as I do not want to be on a diet for the rest of my life if u know what I mean.
But I'm just stuck!have been now for 12 months and still got 2 stones to go.
It's really important to keep your fluids up tbh. I aim for 1000 calories a day, as that's what I've been advised to do by my dietician.
Paula is 1000 calories because your quite newly bypassed?
I was told to aim for around 1200 once I was eating 'properly'. I don't often count them, but when I do I am usually between 1000 and 1500 which is keeping me at maintenance level.
I find drinking fluids hard too and tend to rely on my coffees and teas. I have started making sure that I have a large glass of water to drink during the evening, and once the weather improves I will drink ice cold ns squash so that will help too. Are you due to see your dietician again? Perhaps they can give you some advice?

I do think water does make a difference with our weightloss to Yvessa. I don't count calories either. What makes you thnk you still have 2 stones left to go. Do you have a realistic goal? I have had to look at mine. I have never been slim even as a child was overweight. So I can never expect to be svelt like. I still weigh 14 st 4 - 14st 7. It is fluctuating between the 2. I was 14 stone when I left school. Was that weight when I got married after having the kids my weight never went back down just put more on. At my largest when referred I was 24 st 11. I don't honestly think my body will go much lower. I look a lot trimmer and I am mostly in size 18's. A 16 would have been my goal and 13 st 5 was my ideal target as thats what i manage dto get down to before I fell pregnant with my 1st child. But its having none of it. I can put up with it, nut some people will not understand why I am not stick thin, it just isn't meant to be like that for my body. So take a good look and think back from where you came and look to see if your goal is realistic, if i were to lose anymore I would look ill I do not want to get to that point. xxxx
