Another busy day travelling around this time up to see my aunt in Lincolnshire.

B: 3 cheddars crackers with 15g cheddar and pickle.
S: 300ml cafe latte. 1 breakfast biscuit and cheeseT.
L: 30g red Leicester cheese.
D: Pork chilli.
S: 40g corned beef & 60g chicken.

Only 2 litres fluid today, I like to have more normally.
 
kjb my roast dinner was on a tea plate one slice of lean roast beef, teaspoon of carrots, cabbage, 2 florets of cauliflower, 1 tsp turnip 2 small frozen puds with gravy all fitted on my teaplate and was satisfied not overly full, just comfortably full xx

hi all, had my look out to thre dole office to sign on. Another app made for 1st May should I need it, hope by then I have a start date for my new job.
Wet n windy this morning thought was guna get a goos soaking, but rain has stopped still windy but wind is warmer than yesterday quite nice in the sun.

L 100g chicken,gravy and 20g of mushrooms
D 2 be good to yourself bacon medallions and 1 boiled egg(no yolk) and a light mini babybel
S 30g mature cheddar and 10g pickle
S A medium plum

Drinks 1 litre volvic sugar free strawberry water and a glass of Nas sqaush so far

Nice day carebear :) How is everyone today? Here is my menu.

B - Greek yogurt with grapes & strawberries.
L - Home made tandoori chicken.
T 1 chicken fajita with a tsp of Greek yogurt, salsa & 20g of cheese.
S - Greek yogurt with grapes & strawberries.

Drinks - Tea, coffee & NAS still flavoured water.
 
Hi all. Miserable day as still ill.
Breakfast - 1 slice toast
Dinner - small portion home made shepherds pie
Tea - salmon with chilli flakes, 1 tablespoon mash and peas.
I weighed myself and I am 1lb off 2 stone. It's not coming off as fast as others. So tomorrow will try no carbs as I know this is how I loose weight.
Going to do an online shop tonight to get done nice bits in.

Feeling fine have this afternoon received email telling me Crb check done got email from new employer yesterday with all their info, n just had acall bout hour ago saying I start Tuesday 30th April 9am so just hope I enjoy it now xx
 
Borough girl 2 stone in 2 months is bout right, don't be to hard on ya self just follow the rules n keep going xx

Thankyou Pooh it is guna be strange have worked in and around our little town/village for the last 22 years will be very different and challenging, but its good to change you are so very right, will open up a whole new world xx

Feeding myself while staying at my aunt's is proving quite challenging. I'm just eating stuff I bought in M&S on the way up. Pretty much meat and cheese!

B: 50g chicken 30g cheddar.
S: small skinny cappuccino.
L: 30g corned beef 20g chicken.
S: 30g Wensleydale. Actimel.
D: Chicken curry little rice.

I think I was accidentally poisoned (with sugar) by my uncles curry, he told me after I ate there was quite a bit of mango chutney in it. I don't know what dumping is like, it's yet to obviously happen. But I feel quite odd, light-headed, tired and a bit queasy.

I get like that with too much sugar. Congratulations!!! You've just experienced one way of dumping lol xx

I find the best way is to just sleep it off. Hope it passes quickly for you :)
 
Thanks Paula. It passed after about 2 hours, after a little snooze, and a pint of water. Quite reassuring to know I have some reaction, help to keep Me on the straight and narrow, lol.
 
Right back on it tomorrow, I do believe I may have either lost weight or stayed same on holiday though, quite a few rejected food choices to be honest, been sick more times this fortnight than I'm entire year post op!....still in a size 8-10 :) prepped a ham salad with iceberg, one chopped olive, one chopped gherkin, cue, ham, sundried tom and a pesto sauce for lunch at work tomorrow, with fruit n yoghurt as snacks n cereal for brekkie....might have some fish or prawns for tea :)

breakfast.. 100mls skim milk and slice of toast
lunch.... chicken escallope..
dinner.... 3 slices of beef and some salad
snacks... peach, orange, and 2 choccie biscuits....
