I felt hungry today, not head hunger, real physical hunger. It was after I had gone swimming, didn't believe it at first, but began to get quite shaky so had a bit to eat, and hey presto - it was gone 15 mins later. I suppose its good to have it now and again, makes me understand the difference to head hunger.
Anyway, I'm off on holiday with hubby and spoiled cat tomorrow. We are going to the Peak district for a week, yay! Hopefully the whether will hold for us to go on some nice walks.
B: Frozen summer fruits and yogurt smoothie.
L: 60g Mex chicken, 30g cheese, 40g sour cream.
S: 3 slices chicken and 2 babybel. Lucozade lite.
D: Chicken noodle soup.
P: Danio strawberry yogurt.
S: 1 breakfast biscuit and 2 cheeseTs.
300ml milk in drinks. 2.5 litres fluid.
