 Hope I haven't upset folks, can only say what my dietician said to me and since doing it my losses have increased, my team don't allow salad until three months plus so I'm really looking forward to having some, in the meantime I steam my baby veg slightly and am into spinach at the moment, all I can say is try it and see what u think but check with your team if u gave any worries

You certainly haven't upset me.
Anything that i can do to boost my weight loss..... i wanna hear it :D
My dietitian hasn't been very helpful & their information booklet is rubbish, actually regret going with them :(
After care & advice is so important on this journey & i don't seem to have any. No mention of protein levels, sugar, salads, anything like that :(

Maybe i'll try some strawberries in some milk instead of one of the protein shakes. Never really been a fruit person but i'll try some strawberries and hope it doesn't disagree with me.

Not at all upset with you Lucie. You are incredibly helpful and reassuring. Think I am just going through my post op blues

Oh bless yve I had post op blues - was convinced it wouldn't work and they just cut me but didn't do the op lol it will fall into place for you :)

Just be careful how much fruit you stick in that shake!! All fruit has sugar I just have up to four strawberries in one sitting, don't want it to make you feel poorly xx
