Hope I haven't upset folks, can only say what my dietician said to me and since doing it my losses have increased, my team don't allow salad until three months plus so I'm really looking forward to having some, in the meantime I steam my baby veg slightly and am into spinach at the moment, all I can say is try it and see what u think but check with your team if u gave any worries
