Yeah, getting worse daily...any thicker than yoghurt is tough going, the melbas weren't too bad as they dissolve away completely but there's no "mindless" eating again, takes a lot of chewing! Dietician wants me on slimfast or protein drinks until stretch then apparently I start the steps from scratch again... :( was really enjoying cooking but thinking about it since Xmas nausea and vomiting has been common for me until just before my holiday now its daily....not for long though hopefully! Xx
 
Fingers crossed for you hon. It must make daily life so hard. Did they explain how a stricture can occurred after a year?

Well the chicken was just 2 or 3 pieces out of a bread bun and bit of stuffing, didn't eat the bread bun cos bread sometimes gives me a bad time if its not brown, The gammon was a gammon joint, I had 3 slices the sizes of my palm not to thick though cos I have to chew it, a dessert spoon of mushy peas, 2 chips n 2 onion rings it still all went on my little plate xx:) I try and have more protein if the head hunger has kicked in n I want to eat more. If you eat the protein 1st it tends to fill you up by the time I have eaten that I struggle to finish everything else. My daughter snaffled one bit of my gammon, and an onion ring, hubby did me 3 knew I couldn't eat 3. xx
 
Hi all what a pissy wet morning I have to go to work this afternoon at 3pm till 9pm not too long but its extra cash as my new job doesn't pay as much as the other one did. May sorry to hear that you still having rough time of it lets hope that gets sorted out next week. You have done so very well with your weight loss. xx keep us posted xx

L GUNA TRY SOME AFRICAN CHICKEN NOODLES, WITH MUSHROOMS IN MAYBE SOME FROZEN PEAS AND ONIONS TOO.
D PROBABLY BE PATE N MELBA TOAST AT WORK, FRUIT, HAVE TANGERINES N GRAPES TO SNACK ON, MIXED NUTS, WALKERS STARS IF I REALLY FEEL THE NEED. aM ON MY OWN SO WILL PROBABLY FEEL THA NEED TO EAT.THATS THE WAY I AM A BOREDOM EATER (but at least now if I am guna eat anything its healthy range.

On my way back from my holiday now. Had a fab time, even though the weather was not so great. Had a week without recording foods and weight etc. Doubt I've lost much, didnt go mad, but did allow myself a few more carbs. Had some gorgeous foods out though. Will post them when I get home. Have popped on to the forum a few times. Glad to here Maya that you have an answer, and that you are getting speedy treatment.
 
I haven't been recording - I'm starting again tomorrow.The last week I've eaten out everyday at lunch time, so thought I'd post that:

Saturday: M&S bbq Chicken
Sunday: Children hunter's Chicken (hubby had the chips).
Monday: Potted beef with toast and salad starter (left half the toast and salad)
Tuesday: Bowl carrot and coriander soup, left most of the bread.
Wednesday: Shared fish and chips, what I had fit on the palm of my hand, mostly just fish.
Thursday: Black pudding fritters and salad starter (tasted AMAZING), had to leave most of the salad.
Friday: Large skinny latte.

Today - are far too late, didn't eat until 1 and had been up since before 9am.
Breakfast - banana and grapes
Lunch - 1 fish finger, 2 babybels
Tea - chicken parmo with garlic sauce - small piece from pizza shop.
Snack - cereal bar

Already made Sunday dinner for tomorrow so I hope to have some veggies.

Yesterday's menu
B yog,agave,grapes
L Black pud and an egg
D black pud, small piece of gammon steak and beans
S Hotel chocolate salted caramels(2)

Drinks 1 litre of water and 300ml milk
An hour of exercise(same cardio as always)

Today's menu

B Yog,splenda,mango
L some ham
D chicken and lamb stew with cauliflower and broccoli
S 25g cashew nuts

Drinks 1 litre of nas dilute and 300ml milk

Exercise same as previous posts.
 
Weighed myself after my holiday this morning, and I've gained 1 1/2 lbs. I'm 100% sure its water retention, so not beating myself up. But it does help me focus, and I'm back on my eating formula as of today.

B: Protein shake.
S: Small iced skinny latte.
L: 2 babybel, 2 slices salami.
S: 1/2 Atkins bar.
D: Beef bolognaise (with lots of veggies in it) 25g wholewheat pasta, 20g cheese.
P: Danio strawberry yogurt.

2.2 litres water.
 
Well its been a lovely day here makes up for all the water we had yesterday.

Breakfast - small bowl fruit and fibre with skimmed milk
Lunch - chicken wrap with chilli Philly
Tea - leftover beef Sunday dinner, very small plate
Been for fast 1 hour dog walk and a costa to keep the system right!
I was 15 stone 6 on sat but was gutted to be 15 stone 8 this morn.
May have a hot choc instants later as have had tea early. I also need to increase my fluids.

D: 70g lean pork chop with lightly roasted veg and new potatos.
S: Danio cherry yogurt.
