this is so true - had my b12 today, month overdue. But since I've been really watching my macros I've felt so much better.Borogirl and maz.....two words......PROTEIN & VEGETABLES!!!
Hope u feel boosted after the b12, you both have to start eating "square" meals if you want to hit your macros (macro and micro nutrients so you feel full,energised and remain healthy) xx
Sometimes if I know I'm going to be massively busy I Tupperware and prep meals for three days at a time.....I swear a slow cooker is my best friend....

Breakfast - small bowl fruit and fibre with skimmed milk
Lunch - 3 baby bel and low fat custard
Tea - small piece quiche
Snacks - chocolate fingers
Again a poor menu. Annoyed at myself. Wasn't going to post but would only be kidding myself. Been on fast 1 hour dog walk. Cancelled my Latin dance class tonight. B12 injection in the morning so hoping that may give me a lift x
