Breakfast: Missed :-( iM SOO BUSY AT WORK :-(
Lunch: Half a Cheese and Pickle sandwich on MSBB
Snack: a handful of pistaccio nuts and a couple of S+V Peanuts
Dinner: No to sure yet.

Water, and NAS squash
 
I'm very relieved and oddly enough since being able to eat have dropped three pounds! So must have given my metabolism a real boost....maz please be careful skipping meals n not getting your proteins in....we absorb so little from our meals every morsel counts xx
 
So glad to hear it Maya :) I can totally imagine why you're relieved. Are you back to normal restriction now or are you still a little tight?

Breakfast - small bowl fruit and fibre with skimmed milk
Lunch - 3 baby bel and low fat custard
Tea - small piece quiche
Snacks - chocolate fingers

Again a poor menu. Annoyed at myself. Wasn't going to post but would only be kidding myself. Been on fast 1 hour dog walk. Cancelled my Latin dance class tonight. B12 injection in the morning so hoping that may give me a lift x

Hope u feel boosted after the b12, you both have to start eating "square" meals if you want to hit your macros (macro and micro nutrients so you feel full,energised and remain healthy) xx
Sometimes if I know I'm going to be massively busy I Tupperware and prep meals for three days at a time.....I swear a slow cooker is my best friend....

this is so true - had my b12 today, month overdue. But since I've been really watching my macros I've felt so much better.
 
Went to Evans today for the first time since before Christmas. I swore I wouldn't go in ever again, but I was curious with how my size had changed in their sizes, as I always thought they were generous. I fitted in to the size 18! I burst into tears, and left without buying, haha.

B: 1/2 small tin baked beans, rasher bacon, medium poached egg.
S: Small banana and 50g greek yogurt.
L: 50g chicken, 2 babybel, salad leaves.
S: Protein shake.
D: My spicy Chinese chicken noodle soup.
P: Danio passionfruit yogurt.

Hi I have had my b12 and also a bowl of vegetable and ham homemade soup. Thank you for the sound advice. Haven't lost any weight this week. Back at work Tues so I will be organised and get in protein and meat!!
 
I plan my food the day before when I work. I plan 4 mini meals, plus an extra one in case I feel I need it. I have a active job, and am on the go for 12 hours. Ironically, I actually eat more at work now than I used to as I pretty much starved myself during the day then ate a massive meal in the evening.

1 and 1/2 hours swim today.

B: 2 Poached eggs, 100g baked beans.
L: Spicy chicken noodle soup.
S: Protein shake (pre swim).
S: Banana (post swim)
D: Mexican pork and peppers with 2 tsp rice.
P: Danio blueberry yogurt.

3 litres fluid.
 
I am much the same, but plan 3 meals and 3 snacks. I plan the night before which gives me the chance to check my carbs/protein ratio.
 
That's exactly what I do, I like to get my macronutrient ratios within certain limits. I take a lunch box now, lol.
 
Well my macros will be off...this eve has been a vomit-fest after a snack of having two carrot sticks with pesto hummous.....Percy was having non of it so no dinner for me just tea n sympathy :(
