Sometimes if I know I'm going to be massively busy I Tupperware and prep meals for three days at a time.....I swear a slow cooker is my best friend....

Hi butterfly in progress thank you for your kind words, believe it or not (I am aware though that my menu didn't seem I do) but I am know exactly the ins an outs of macros and what to eat etc..lol

I'm a nursery manager my job is very very active, I don't stop for a second however last week we had our Ofsted inspection and I just didn't stop with is why I missed breakfast I know my health comes first but there are times when it's physically not possible. All that said Ofsted is all done and dusted and we got an amazing result I can now concentrate bk on me. I haven't even been to the gym which is not like me as I go 4 times a week.

I'm actually a really organised person, I prepare the night before and u bring it all to work with me, but my job sometimes has other ideas for me..lol as I said I'm going to concentrate a bit more on it now Ofsted is out of the way!!

Thank you though for your concern it really is appreciated but it's not that's don't know honest!!! Lol xx

So today's menu:
Breakfast: nutty granola with a petit filous poured on top
Snack: semi skimmed milk carton, slices of cheese, some ham (not all in one go)
Lunch: this may be a little later because I'm going to the gym, I'll have it when I come out the gym (I've packed it all in a Tupperware box - one slice of msbb grated cheese and pickle no crust - vegetable sticks
Pm snack: pepperami and a Dairylea dunker
Dinner: much later on, some sort of meat with veg.

Water, NAS squash, tea/coffee

I'm going to do an hour in the gym and an hour swim then a jacuzzi and a sauna!!! Me time!!!!

Ugh ofsted :( no wonder you were off your game - it's such a stressful time when they come in and they never see the school like it really is. Well done on the good result :) getting harder and harder to achieve these days.
 
Mental day at work yesterday, was so tired I fell into something like a catatonic state when I got home, lol, So here's the menu from yesterday.

B: Protein shake and Banana.
S: 5 slices wt chicken, 2 babybel.
L: Small tin tuna, tomato and beans and 3 oatcakes.
S: danio blueberry yogurt.
D: HM beef burger with a little cheese and ketchup and salad leaves.

hAD pains as I ate my lunch felt like wind type or blockage, coming n going for bout an hour, took my buscopan just after it started seemed to sort it out anyway, very painful, but its been a while since I had that so never mind all is well now, been to toilet bout 4 times today TMI I know. xxx
 
Oh Chrisa, how horrible. Hope its gone completely now.

Had a crap day eating, its all down to my husband's love of real ale and the sunshine, lol. Ended up going for a walk and spending a long time in a country pub that wasn't serving food. Lucky I had an atkins bar on me, but not so happy I had 2 J2Os (but hubby bought without instructions). Oh well, it was a nice day out, even though I got grumpy in the end because of the lack of proper grub.

B: 2 scrambled eggs, and spoonful beans.
L: Atkins bar.
D: Beef stew.
P: 100g Strawberries, 100g Greek yougurt.
S; 4 cheddars with 25 dairylea.

2 J2os and 2 litres other fluids.
 
Well was all better bout 1 hr after my buscopan tablets. All been well today.

Been a fantastic day weather-wise here today. Been topping up on my vit D. 2 mile walk in the morning, gardening in the afternoon. Finally got the garden all tidy after the winter, and planted up my baskets and almost there with my pots. Me and hubby also began a home brew beer this afternoon, lol. Totally exhausted now. I now have to stay up for as long as possible, as I'm on my first night shift tomorrow at work since the op. I'd like to try and sleep until at least midday, as I wont be able to go to bed until about 9am on Weds (that's if I go at all).

B: 2 rashers bacon and spoonful beans.
S: 20g 70% chocolate. Iced Skinny latte.
L: 4 cheddars, 25g cheese and pickle.
S: Snack pack dried apricots and walnuts.
S: Banofee protein shake.
D: Small baked cod fillet, salad leaves with lf dressing and a few home made wedges.

Good Morning everyone,

I had a really busy weekend, on sunday we threw my nanny a suprise 80th birthday party, i shook a leg on saturday night and hit the town (I drank bottled water, how times have changed...LOL) and yesterday was a busy day spent with friends as it was so nice and sunny in south london!!

Todays Menu:
Breakfast:1 slice of whole meal toast with vegetaable spread - Milky Coffee
Snack: petit filous
Lunch: a typical italian dish, which is peeled peppers, in a homemade tomatoe sauce with onions and olives, you eat it with meat and boiled potatoes, but im having it with a little homemade coleslaw and some grated cheese for some protein.
PM Snack:a handful of nuts
Dinner: Im not actually sure as of yet, will decide when i get home, will be some sort of meat and vegetables.

Fell asleep on the sofa soon after hubby went to bed,lol. I didn't make it to midday, woke up just after 10am. Going to be a grump on my night shift, lol. Going to post my planned menu now, as my eating will now be overnight, so the meals are a bit topsy turvy. Its going to be interesting to see what doing nights will do to my metabolism.
On a super positive note, weigh in day today, have lost a whopping 4 1/2 lbs this week. Seems my formula is working at present!

L: 1 poached egg, 2 rasher bacon and ketchup.
D: Chicken curry with 2 tsp rice.
S: Small tin tuna with lf mayo and 2 oatcakes.
S: 2 babybel, and 2 oatcakes.
B: Danio peach yogurt. Small apple.

Allowing 400ml milk in drinks.
