Hope u feel boosted after the b12, you both have to start eating "square" meals if you want to hit your macros (macro and micro nutrients so you feel full,energised and remain healthy) xx
Sometimes if I know I'm going to be massively busy I Tupperware and prep meals for three days at a time.....I swear a slow cooker is my best friend....
Hi butterfly in progress thank you for your kind words, believe it or not (I am aware though that my menu didn't seem I do) but I am know exactly the ins an outs of macros and what to eat etc..lol
I'm a nursery manager my job is very very active, I don't stop for a second however last week we had our Ofsted inspection and I just didn't stop with is why I missed breakfast I know my health comes first but there are times when it's physically not possible. All that said Ofsted is all done and dusted and we got an amazing result I can now concentrate bk on me. I haven't even been to the gym which is not like me as I go 4 times a week.
I'm actually a really organised person, I prepare the night before and u bring it all to work with me, but my job sometimes has other ideas for me..lol as I said I'm going to concentrate a bit more on it now Ofsted is out of the way!!

So today's menu:
Breakfast: nutty granola with a petit filous poured on top
Snack: semi skimmed milk carton, slices of cheese, some ham (not all in one go)
Lunch: this may be a little later because I'm going to the gym, I'll have it when I come out the gym (I've packed it all in a Tupperware box - one slice of msbb grated cheese and pickle no crust - vegetable sticks
Pm snack: pepperami and a Dairylea dunker
Dinner: much later on, some sort of meat with veg.
Water, NAS squash, tea/coffee
I'm going to do an hour in the gym and an hour swim then a jacuzzi and a sauna!!! Me time!!!!

B- one slice bread, half slice roast pork, cuecumber and low fat slaw
L- 4 jerk king prawns grilled, carribean slaw, three sweet potato fries
D-one slice bread, half slice roast pork, lf slaw, cue, hoops n crosses
S- Mr Kipling slice, jelly sweets at cinema
Water, tea
Managed to put a pound back on which is good news as I'm in a six-eight and don't want to lose more going to add some before n after pics on this week massively shocking difference!
