Hi sorry I haven't posted much last few days. I returned back to work yesterday and have been off for 6 months. I was stressed in the run up and distracted but it was ok, went in today and off now until Monday. Decorator also had an unexpected free slot so I have been racing around Laura Ashley, next and B&Q for wallpaper. In typical extrovert style I am getting 3 rooms done at once with 1 days notice. Rest of the house is a now a tip!!
Anyway I have been good, resisted alcohol over the bank hol weekend. Today's menu:
Breakfast - half weetabix bar
Lunch - 1/3 warburtons brown wrap with chilly Philly and chicken
Snack - 1 baby bel light and some chicken satay
Tea - McDonald's coronation chicken taster. Had to get it between shopping for wallpaper!

Had a good night shift, even managed to go swimming on my way home.
I woke up at 2pm, so menu is shorter.

L: 4 cheddars, 30g dairylea and 50g chicken.
S: Protein shake.
D: Stir fried turkey, peppers, onions and courgette. With couscous.
P: Raspberry danio yogurt.
 
Feel a bit bleugh...its my lady hormones. Appetite a bit diminished last few days.

B: Baked beans and 2 rashers bacon.
L: 2 cheddars, 2 cheeseTs and 50g chicken.
S; Protein shake.
D: Homemade Italian meatball soup.
P: Danio strawberry yogurt.

B 1/4 wheatabix with 100ml warm milk
S small pot of fromage frais
L puree homemade soup with puree ham (still looked like cat sick but tasted ok, just had to shut my eyes! )
S puree peaches, tbsp. and fage greek yogurt two teaspoons
D protein shake with fresh strawberries.

had 2 ltr of water through out day and about 500ml of tea through out day.

Really struggling to find things I fancy to eat at the moment. Not like me at all.

B: Atkins bar.
S: Coffee frappe.
L: 2 crackers, 50g chicken 35g LF cheese.
D: 100g stir fry veg with 70g chicken.

L - Bacon & brown sauce warburton thin.
T - 125g sirloin steak, steamed veg & pepper sauce.
S - Hot & spicy fridge raiders.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, water, nas still flavoured water.

Breakfast 1/3 wheatabix and 120ml of warm milk
Snack fromage frais
lunch fromage frais and puree peaches
Dinner 1oz puree chicken that had been smothered in lime juice and taco spices parcel cooked in oven then finished on bbq. Was ruddy gorgeous had with tiny bit of philly and puree green beans tiny bit of mash ate about half of it. (note cooked two chicken breasts like this then puree in processor and weighed out into 1oz servings)

Hi all. How are you all doing? Well I hope. Long time no speak as they say. Those who know me on Facebook know I haven't got the internet at the moment other than at work so difficult to keep updated on you all. I'm not great with the app so will try and read up on you all.

Quick update on me. I've lost 180lb now. It was the anniversary of my op yesterday. I've got a new house and job. I've had more emotional stress including the recent loss of my nan and I'm completely honest in the fact I don't always eat properly. Too much some days not enough many others. I seem to have a very good restriction still which often ends in rejection. I see my surgeon soon and I think he will be shocked. I'm two stone under his overall prediction of loss in two years. I've got 20lb to go till goal so really need to buckle down and eat better. Hoping using this thread again will help me if you don't mind.

Hi it's my birthday today and I'm going to enjoy my day and as a day off treat not plan!!! :) happy Saturday guys xx

Long and horrible shift at work, just not enough of us to get the work done - ah to work for the NHS. Now got to flip my sleep pattern as I'm working nights tomorrow and Monday.

S: 45g chicken 2 cheddars.
S: Danio raspberry yougurt.
D: 200g beef bolognaise with veg and 40g whole wheat pasta.
