Suffering a bit from head hunger at the moment myself, grrrrrrrrr.

B: 2 belvita, 2 cheese triangles. Apple. Cappuccino.
L: 2 egg omelette with slice of ham and 20g blue cheese.
S: Large iced skinny latte. 15 almonds.
D: Chicken, mushroom and bacon in white sauce.
S: 15g Chocolate. Greek style yogurt with strawberries.

I still wouldn't worry too much - everything is okay as a one off. It's the patterns that we need to keep an eye out for - increasing portions, snacks nights ( my danger zone), too many carbs or sweets etc

Got told by someone I work with is that its "time to stop losing now" - my reaction was just what are you on about, Im 18 stone! People are weird.

L: 3 slices ham and 40g cheese 4 crackers.
S: Protein shake.
D: homemade burger with mayo and ketchup and salad.
S: cappuccino.
 
Had a fun day in the sun, went to local festival and went for a beautiful 2 hour walk. Food, well missed lunch and ended up having J20s again, lol.

B: Black pudding, rasher bacon, sausage.
S: Coffee cooler (only 2/3s as made me feel sick)
S: 2 J20s spread over 3 hours. 10 almonds.
D: Pulled pork with salad and rice.
S: Greek style yogurt. 300ml skimmed milk.

Weighed myself this morning and I'm a lb short of losing 150lb. I'm 12st 9lb now, the least I have weighed in my entire adult life. Too hot and don't feel like eating, but here's today's menu.

B - Fage with grapes & strawberries.
L - Pot roast chicken, 1 new pot, swede, asparagus, carrot, broccoli, mange tout & gravy.
T - Chicken with green salad and mixed peppers.

Drinks - tea, water, nas ribena, sugar free ice poles.
 
Hey, all. I'm on holiday visiting my family in Wales, and I'm having a week off from recording my food intake (and weighing myself!). I think its healthy for me to give it a rest once in a while. Think I'm going to go for a swim in the sea today, yay.

I'm in the South West, just east of Cardigan. Its where I grew up, so its great to be back. Where's your mum?
 
I'm from Neath, so close to the gower coast and aberavon. My mum is from porthcawl and My in laws were from Llandeilo, so spent a lot of time down that neck of the woods. It's a beautiful part of Wales and I really miss being able to pop down the beach :-(
 
I miss it too, a lot. The Gower is spectacular. I live in South East England now, the coast there is just the Thames estuary, lol. Not quite the same.
 
Hi all. Hope you are all enjoying the weather. I went to the beach today and swam in the sea for the first time in the UK this year and Now I'm just about to have a bbq. I just hope it lasts a bit longer :)

Breakfast - Slice of nimble wholemeal bread toasted with Philadelphia extra light.
Lunch - Sushi snack pack.
Dinner - Will be some chicken, bit of salad and I've made some mini burgers with extra lean mince, if I can manage one.
Snack - Ice lolly. Apple.
 
Had a tooth out at the weekend so my face is full on killing me and eating isn't fun...

I have been looking at other peoples diets and i think i am eating too much
breakfast half an oatibix with skimmed milk and a few strawberries
midmorning a low fat yogurt
lunch 1slice of toast and one egg scrambled
mid afternoon milky coffee made with skimmed milk
Dinner roast beef teaspoon mash pots, carrots,peas,cabbage and small floret of cauli and brocoli with couple of tablespoons of gravy

throughout the day low calorie squash and tea with semi skimmed

milk any thoughts
