Breakfast - banana and 2 baby bel light
Lunch - Burger King sweet chilli wrap 300 calories
Tea - home made shepherds pie
Snack - 3 marshmallows
Costa and juice for drinks
45 min dog walk
Going to get some more clothes down from the loft tonight, haven't got into them for 5 years since my lowest at lighter life.

It's been an amazing calorie day for me:D

1.5 Large Costa Latte (rest in fridge for later)
Home made soup for brekkie (been a while since I had brekkie :D:D)
And 8 large prawns, am chuffed to bits with this.

Going to have some more soup later (or as my husband put it, there's some green stuff in the sink).

Will also be doing my best to get the rest of latte in.

And have had 3/4 litre water & NAS

Hopefully my wilful stomach gremlins are going to be jumping up and down less inside me :D

I love drugs :D (legal & prescribed by lovely surgeon of course :D)

Exercise 5.75km Running but a slow 30 mins.

Breakfast:- toasted seeded bread, butter, marmite. Coffee.... 146 cals
Lunch:- celery, tomato, chicken, sultanas, nuts all chopped up, bit curry powder, tbs extra low fat mayo....170 cals
Robinsons no sugar juice.... 20 cals
Snack:- bag quavers....109 cals
Dinner:- small chicken portion, 1 new potato, gravy.... 250 cals
Coffee:- ...30 cals
Supper:- yogurt...115 cals
Coffee:- ...30 cals

870 cals.
 
B) granola and milk
L) ham and cheese sandwich with spinach, mustard mayo and caramelized onions
D)slow cooked beef, dumpling, carrot
S) Greek yoghurt with black cherry compote, strawbs
Tea and water
 
B: Adkins shake.
L: three melba toast, to seafood sticks, a few. fridge raiders and carrot sticks.
S: protein bar after the gym.
D: sandwich thin with a low fat pate, a few prawns.
S: 2 babybell light.
Drinks: 2 L nas squash, small cup of watered down orange juice, milk before bed.
Exercise: 15 minutes warm up on exercise bike, 80 squats, 50 press ups, 80 sit ups, A few cycles, 60 hip thrusts, 10 minutes on the arm bike, half an hour sprint intervals on the exercise bike. Exhausted now but loving it.

Here's today's menu. Trying to do a bit better every day. Consultant wants an urgent appointment with me. I wonder how long that will take?

B - Liberte Greek yogurt with blueberries.
L - 50g of chicken
T - fish in sauce with mash.

Drinks - Tea, water, nas squash and ribena.

And..... 1 litre Strawberry flavoured shop bought milk (700 calories) :eek:

Tried another couple of prawns for 'dinner'......er stomach says no.

And most importantly 6 stomach gremlin quashing capsules of joy :D

S: a handful of roasted edamame beans.
Drinks: Nas squash, watered down J2O, 2 cups of tea, milk before bed.
