Don't eat if you're not hungry. Go for more veg tomorrow, perhaps instead of carbs.

I will definitely try. Still trying to find ways how to make vegetables tasty, still struggling with enjoying them but definitely trying hard to get them in.

Had a mammoth eating day yesterday, went to the great British beer festival. It was awesome, I had 1&2/3 pints of cider, lol. Handled the alcohol well and was sensible with my food, but was quite rich and high calories. I felt rubbish for the richness of it though, I realise now that I hate feeling full, where as before it used to wrap around me like a cosy blanket. Anyway, back to my teetotal ways now until November and the next beer festival on our calendar.

Anyway, I REACHED 100lbs LOST on Thursday. I will be 6 months post-op on Monday. So hit my mini goal :)

Yesterday:
B: Black pudding, beans, sausage & bacon.
L: Cheese plattter (I felt like I ate it all, but hubbie says he had over half!).
S: Cocoa Cappuccino.

1&2/3 pints cider.

Today:
B: Banana and porridge.
S: J2O
L: Chicken ravioli broth.
