bypass daily menu -

Doing much better now myself guys, thanks :)

B) weetabix, strawberries n ss milk
L- lunch out 1/3 portion lasagne, one slice garlic bread
D) dinner out Thai buffet, slice cuecumber, 1 king prawn, piece squid, one piece carrot, .5 sm spring roll, bite slow cooked pork, bite Thai green curry, one sm pancake, tiny piece melon (loved it)
Smack - wheat crunch crisps, dime bar


Such a good food day despite the treat (totm so sweet cravings)

Ps if vomiting stops Elijah and I are going to try for a lil bubba!!

Thankyou feeling like I have more energy now which is a bonus!

Todays plan:

B) weetabix and ss milk (1.5)
L) chunky veg soup, strawbs
D) king prawns or tuna mayo, cue, gherkins, baby beet, melba n lf Philly

Snacks - chopped cue, strawbs, melon ready prepped in fridge n if I am brave some ham too lol

My menu today -
Breakfast - Half a English muffin with scrambled egg and ham on top.
Lunch - Slow cooked beef casserole with carrots and mushroom.
Dinner - Same as lunch.
Snack - Ice lolly and strawberries.
Lots of water today and green tea.

Scales have decided they dont want to move much last couple of weeks. Oh well, have figured out that this is when I drop size. Got in to size 18 jeans today, pity I have such short legs, hahaha!

B: Protein shake.
L: WW Mexican chilli and wedges.
D: 1/4 quiche with cous cous salad.
P: Raspberries and blackberries with light cream.
 
Hi all my weight has steadied ay 14st 11 which is exactly 10 stone loss. It was 10 1/2 but 1/2 has gone back on bit settled there now. Hospital think I have lost the amount they would have expected.

10 stone is amazing Chrisa!
I got into some size 16 jeans yesterday. Tad uncomfortable but I wore them all day!
Didn't plan well yesterday so poor choices.
Breakfast - 1 slice toast
Snack - banana
Lunch - pinched some chips when at a cafe in the park from my 5 year old.
Tea - salmon with chilli flakes
Snack - handful crisps
Didn't enjoy my food yesterday do going to plan today as I am so much better when I do.
Weight 13.7 so I am as low now as I have ever been since I was about 18, 20 years ago! I got to this weight on lighter life 5 years ago.
Had my first comment by my dad - enough weight loss now! I told my friend and she said her husband said the same!!!
12 stone is my new goal. I can't get into some if the clothes I did get into 5 years ago, mainly because my weight has "shifted" to my spare tyre area. It's age!!

Breakfast - Nothing! First time since the surgery but I massively over slept because of bad night sleep.
Lunch - Toast with beans and a little grated cheese.
Dinner - Home made "KFC" grilled chicken, gravy and corn on the cob.
Snack - Lychees.
Exercise - 130 minute walk with the dog. We got lost! lol.

Good day today, after my excessive prawn experience on Monday, stomach wasn't happy. It's finally settled this afternoon with drug assistance - yay :D

Had a really good appointment with my resourceful dietician yesterday, am going to measure food and have seven 'meals' a day. Progress.

B : 100ml soup
L : 100ml soup
S : 50g/ 4 prawns
S : Large Latte
D : 25g poached salmon. Overdid it, will try less next time as sooooo FULL
 
B: protein shake. Milky coffee.
L: 2 crackers with cheese, guacamole and salsa.
D: beef and black bean sauce stir fry.
 
B: Atkins shake.
L: two melba toast, too chicken sausages, 4 carrot sticks.
D: Sandwich thin with pate, handful of prawns.
S: two babybell light.
S: one Satsuma.
Drinks: 2 cups of tea, watered down orange juice, nas squash, milk before bed.
Exercise: half an hour of walking briskly.
 
Menu today -

Breakfast - Slice of toast with lf cream cheese.
Lunch - Chicken and lychees.
Dinner - Lamb and some low fat oven chips and a few peas.
Snack - Special K Cracker crisps.
Exercise - Finally had my first training session at the gym. I'm shattered. Did 50 mins there plus an a hour there and back walk (car blew a tire). Plus half an hour walk with the dog. Will be resting my poor legs tonight.

S: Starbucks skinny frapuccino with sugar free syrup.
D: poached Smoked salmon, mixed veg, tiny bit of boiled rice.
S: Will be some fruit as I already had two protein snacks.
Drinks: nas squash, milk before bed. Exercise: 50 lengths swimming.
 
Been a busy day today so food not great. But stomach is still happy so am still moving in the right direction.

S : Tube of spearmint chewy mints (ahem) :eek:
D : 25g of poached salmon, was going to try 20g but felt I 'wanted' more, I didn't as that stuffed me
Can of de-fizzed diet irn-bru (ahem) :eek:

Will dig deep and give my halo a polish for tomorrow ;)
