bypass daily menu -

Six month post op today. Dont feel like celebrating, have felt quite down. Not sure why, but have a feeling that I need to have my blood test asap. Feel like I've been working so hard (because I have) to keep loosing, and I feel tired. I'm sure its just a blip.

Yesterday

B: Protein shake
S; Activia Yogurt.
L: Mexican tuna and bean salad.
S: 3 cheese triangles and 3 cheddars.
D: Pork, broccoli and mash.

Today

B: Protein shake.
S: Activia yogurt.
L: Cold meats and 2 cheese triangles, 3 cheddars.
D: 1/4 extra thin crust pizza and sour cream, with salad.

Breakfast - banana
Snack - go ahead bar
Lunch - egg salad with some pasta
Snack - pear
Tea - home made (thanks to my mam) mince and dumpling with veg
Snack - popcorn.
Hungry day today.

B - Greek yogurt, blueberries & crumpet.
L - Hot n spicy fridge raiders.
T - Home made Shepards pie.
S - Crumpet & laughing cow.

Drinks - Tea, water, nas squash.
 
I eat way more than you guys :/
 
Today has been:
b porridge with milk sweetener and banana
l Fritatta with salad and yoghurt and mint dressing
D chicken lasagne
snacks so far is an orange. I'll probably have a yoghurt and some more fruit later.
 
Today.

Breakfast - Raisin wheats.
Lunch - scallop stir fry with mushrooms, bean sprouts and reduced salt soy.
Dinner - same as lunch.
Snack - ham. Pickle onions.
Drinks - lots of tea and water.
Exercise - dog walk.

Seems fine to me. I can eat much more now I started eating slower so I'm not rejecting any more. I did a low day today on purpose but will eat a similar amount to you tomorrow. I think everyone is different but if you've not had problems and your over a year out the amount you can eat will rise plus I find hunger showing it's head more and more these days x
 
I'm not really worried, because if I was eating too much there is no way I'd lose weight this far out. I think I just sometimes look at other peoples menus and wonder if my portions will just keep growing.
 
No you definitely wouldn't be losing if you were eating too much. I don't think they will continue to grow for ever if you aren't stretching which you aren't. I think it must even off. I'd be interested to know when though too.

No you definitely wouldn't be losing if you were eating too much. I don't think they will continue to grow for ever if you aren't stretching which you aren't. I think it must even off. I'd be interested to know when though too.

I hope so. Everyone says that it will grow to a given capacity.

If we haven't fallen yet we will eventually happens to us all. You need bit time out after the way things have been lately. I rarely post now but will today

It is very true :) And frankly, I've learnt to accept the one days, because that's all it really is now. Even on holiday, I did keep an eye. The head issues may not be gone, but we know what to look for and how to tackle it.

Did a bit of reading - most sites say around 2 years
