bypass daily menu -

B: one egg omelette with small slice of turkey bacon and half a slice of reduced fat cheese L: sandwich thin with pate, five seafood sticks D: two chicken sausages, half a pack of reach Waitrose mixed bean salad, one Melba toast. S: probably fruit and some Edamame beans. Drinks: flavoured water, milk before bed No exercise today, first rest day of the week. Was really hungry this evening, so from tomorrow on maybe a snack between lunch and tea, rather than late in the evening. Guess I am still learning.
 
After 3 really low intake days, have had a hungry day and ate way over what I wanted (about 1600 kcals). Not impressed with myself. I feel like I'm wrestling with my food demons at the moment, and its playing on my mind. Scales not shifting much either.

B: Protein shake. 2 eggs and 50g ham.
L: Eat natural bar. Skinny latte.
S: 25g roast peanuts. Hot chocolate.
D: Home made chicken mushroom pie with roast potato.
S: Activia strawberry yogurt.

Morning all sounds like everyone is on the mend, pleased to hear it. Take care lovelies. healthy choices=healthy weight loss and body. Am gunna be off line for a week after tomorrow so wish you all well and keep up the good work. xx
 
Morning all. While after a week of carefully writing down everything I eat, I only lost 1 pound. A bit gutted, but all well, it's a loss I guess.

D:- chicken runner beans gravy
S :- 2 maled milk
 
It's my 27th Wedding Anniversary today so having a curry( or a bit of one) hehe

L:- Chicken Bites(McDonalds)
S:- home made Oat Biscuit
D:- Chicken Pasanda Curry & Rice
S:- Coffee and Toffee Cake

Rubbish food today, out for lunch out for dinner back to fruit and veg tomorrow

Had a rubbish couple of days where have been back on latte only as in too much pain to eat. Following a late night dash to A&E on Tuesday have now added Gastritis to my list including oesophageal motility, dysphagia, stricture, sickness, bleeding and nausea.

Drugs now nifedipine, lansoprazole, ranitidine, thyroxine, glimiperide, I almost have no idea when I am taking what, oh yes and way too much pethidine for the agony in my stomach :(

Back on some food today had 200g of prawns with sweet chilli sauce, spaced out over the day after my compulsory latte this morning. Going to nip up to Waitrose to get some flavoured milk, way too high in calories but I fancy it :(

Tomorrow I am going sailing on a small tall ship 18 of us in total. We have to sail it cook and clean come back next Friday. we are leaving the North east tomorrow afternoon and going upto Scotland and back. Looking forward to it now that most things are sorted it will be just to find a home for everything, God knows how it will all fit on and us aswell. ha should be fun its a good way of getting to know our clients better. Loads of warm clothes its warm outside but will be cold out in the North Sea. xxx
