bypass daily menu -

Really?! I manage to eat nearly a whole ready meal of either fish pie or cottage pie!!.....I've wondered if I'm eating too much, yet I don't feel any restriction or discomfort.....!

You won't have full restriction yet until you are fully healed. Are you following the 20/20/20 rule?

Well officially weighed in today, and put on a total of 200g! Im premenstrual as well, so im calling it as maintainance. Must say im looking forward to getting all the excess food and drink out of the house, and starting operation last 2 1/2 stone. I find myself planning how to break back into a loosing mode.

I felt like that. It is so much easier to get back on track nowadays tho.

Yes I'm using a chew timer app on my phone and being very strict . I only expected to eat 3-4 teaspoons initially as I've read other threads, but I've eaten considerably more since the 2nd week.

The weight is dropping consistently at 7-8lbs per week, so I'm not too worried now. I have an appointment with my dietician next week so will go over my food diary with a fine toothed comb.

I can't wait for it to be over now to. Put an end to the naughty food for a bit plus looking forward to the new year. Ive got lots of plans for the new year, Like buying a bike, joining the new local gym with amazing swimming pool and lots of new classes, being teetotal and learning to really cook. How about you guys? Any plans or resolutions?

If you are losing then try not to worry, everyone is different and while you are eating soft food you will manage more. Have a chat with your dietician like you say for reassurance and keep using the app plus make sure to stop eating after 20 mins. You will be fine.

Mine is an exercise resolution SMART targets and all that... So 20 minutes exercise 3 times per week. I've lost 3s1 in 2 months since I had my band. I've stalled a bit over Xmas, not put any on but as I've not gone over my cals for a single day on My Fitness Pal, I was planning to have lost some bit heyho the mysteries of our bodies eh! I've also noticed I can eat a bit more lately ( I'm a bander sorry). But I go for fill number 2 on 9th January!

Good Morning,

I just want to wish everybody a very Happy New Year as I'm out at a party tonight, and i am hosting a dinner party tomorrow so i wanted to make sure i get it in!! I truly hope all your wishes and dreams come true in 2014!! Xx

I have a new years resolution, and thats to remember ALL my vitamins, EVERYDAY!! Im not terrible, but there are some days i do forget one or the other, this is all new to me still I've never had to take tablets in my life and i am still adjusting, having been only 10 months out i want to nip it in the bud now... So heres to 2014!!!

Yesterday i went to Lakeside shopping centre and i am so bloody chuffed to report i brought Super Skinny size 12 (OMG!!) jeans!!! Having used to being a size 28/30 i am now a third of what i used to be! I also brought some tops in a size 10. Well chuffed!!

I can also proudly report, i am at goal now. ??? my surgeons goal for me was 12 stone, i wanted to be 11 stone and i am now exactly 11 stones, i just cant believe having once been 22 stone to now 11 stone ( 11 stones lost) i can honestly say i felt amazing walking around the shopping centre because for the first time EVER i walked in to ANY shop and picked up absolutely anything i wanted and i didn't feel like the shop assistants took one look at me and thought 'i don't think so lady!!' It was an amazing feeling. I must get on a PC and update my stats!!
My providers are pleased with my success and results so thats good!! I have to say as much as 2013 has been an emotional rollacoaster of a year, its been a year i shall never forget and not forgetting sharing most of 2013 with you guys, so thank you for all your support and all !!! AMAZING!!! ?

I have attached a photo that sums 2013 up!! Enjoy!!!

Happy New Year EveryBody!!! Xxxxxx

Yesterday's food:

Breakfast: milky coffee
Snack: small banana
Lunch: 3 crackerbread with LF cottage cheese
Dinner: 3 new potatoes and 2tbs lamb hotpot
Snack: pkt walkers prawn cocktail crisps

DUMPED ON THE BANANA
WHY DID I HAVE THE CRISPS? :( 130 empty cals and 7g fat

Fluids: really struggled, don't think I even hit 1 litre.

Happy New Year all, Ceecie get that protein up luvva and you wouldn't need the crisps. Best stay away from bananas for a while they have their own natural sugars(I think) but try to keep the fluids up all helps with the weight loss and stops the head hunger. YOur last menu had 3 lots of protein, should be aiming for around 6 portions. Could have had some yoghurt or egg, cheese etc to boost your intake. The harder you work in this little window of opportunity the more weight you loose before it starts to slow down and stop. There will be plenty time to slacken off once you hit the 12 month mark when ya body starts to settle a bit. x Hope that makes sense. xxxx

Thanks (yet again) Chrisa!! Yes you are totally right!! I had a dreadful day yesterday, nothing seemed appealing and I didn't even enjoy my cup of tea. I'm wondering if I had a little bug or something, I feel better today.
Will def try to get more protein in today. I didn't even have a shake yesterday tut tut!!
