Funny day, worked a night with my best friend. Then ended up in a&e with her after our shift. So not the best food day.

Chrisa, very pleased to hear of your loss this week, knew it couldn't have been fat gain weight. You can do it, and it sounds like you are getting your motivation in gear.

4 hard boiled egg yolks
1 crisp bake

Snack:
A slice of cheddar cheese and a pack of frazzles

Dinner: (yet to be eaten)
Roast pork, roast potato, small HM yorkie pud, carrots honey roasted, peas and sprouts cooked in a little butter with bacon and gravy

Eating the roast as my sisters house and im sure she will have pud of some sort, i may have a slither

Hello all
Breakfast - t cake toasted before braving cold rugby pitch to watch the kids.
Snack - home made fairy cake
Lunch - Sunday lunch made by my mam. Can't finish a small sun lunch. Just stuffs me. It was lovely too.
Tea - cheese and tomato in half a toasted pitta
Drinks - coffee juice and low far hot choc.
Full of cold and feel dreadful.
Lost a pound or so. Am 11stone 4lbs. Was over 19 stone this time last year.
