And I take it you're finding you are snacking?
 
Hi I eat every 3 hours about but stick to 1300 calories.
 
I wonder if that's not enough. I think you need to look at filling and high protein - a banana is healthy, but has no protein - could you have eggs or porridge with milk in the morning? Also what are cheddars?

Hi Yve. Cheddars are little cheese flavoured biscuits I keep at work. I have a banana on work days and egg on toast on Thursday and Friday when I'm off work.
I try not to have to many carbs and find Ryveta good. I don't eat potato's any more. I usually put one on my plate but eat the meat and veg first and more often than not I leave it. I have seeds as a snack and eat fruit in the evening. Sometimes I have a bag of skips or quavers but try not to have them too regularly. I usually cook extra veg in the evening and have them for lunch the next day with some veg.

Some food make me tired and I yawn my head off so I stay away from them. Fatty food or sweets stuff is the worst.
I know about dumping and have had it in the past and know what to stay away from but even small amounts if fatty or sweet make me want to sleep.
I also heard this week I need a vitamin injection so the doctor should be getting in touch.
 
I have to be honest I think you've got too little protein hon. And a banana won't be enough - I'd eat all day if that's what I had.

I think definitely a more filling breakfast. Eggs are good, and you can still have your banana too. You could chop your banana into Greek yoghurt. Swap the cheddars for something that will give you more satisfaction and nutrition. I tend to have fruit as snacks rather than meals. Meals all follow the 1/2 protein, 1/4 veg1/4 carbs. The exception being the days I have porridge.
 
So today is my 1 year anniversary of the start of my milk diet - what a heck of a year! This time last year I was 335 lbs, and this morning I weighed in at 198. I'm at my medical goal, and I'm beginning to get into size 14s. I'm not done yet mind :)

Doing a fast day, and been on a 5 mile power trek today.

B: Latte and 40g Low fat cheese.
L: Sandwich thin with 75g chicken tikka.
S: Milky coffee.
D: Chinese chicken noodle soup.

Half a ham and coleslaw sandwich on a warburton thin (brown)

Snack:
Freddo bar, grapes

Dinner:
Chicken goujons, mash potato and beans

Snack:
Glass of milk, yogurt and a handful of nuts

How strange I've struggled to eat today too!
 
I find chicken n beans both very filling also potatoes. These are very filling foods even tonight had 5 chicken dippers I managed 4 n 3 onion rings and 1 piece of blackpudding and I FELT CHOKED. some DAYS I FEEL LIKE THAT MORE THAN OTHERS. You just never know how the food will go down from day to day. Some days its fine I still have good restriction really. I tried a mc cain jacket spud for lunch it was horrid hence only tried tiny piece just ate the mine n veg. xx
 
Some days even though I only use a small plate I have to leave things that's what happens when you listen to your body. As soon as I get the full feeling I try to stop just as the full feeling starts 10 minutes later usually feel stowed off. xxx

I can't eat beans or potato (apart from skin of jacket) as they fill me too quickly
