bypass daily menu -

B. 1/2 gammon steak/ bit tinned peaches
L. Cheese / ham sandwich 2 slices with crusts off.
T. Chicken thigh/ egg on toast.
S. Cheddars. Seeds.
D. coffee / fresh orange.

Trying Yve suggestion to up protein. Cooked 10 chicken thighs to put into the freezer so I can get one out a day to take to work as a snack instead of cheddars. Will take extra fruit instead as well. Still sticking to 1300 cals a day average.
Lost another 1lb this week. Hopefully it'll pickup to 2lb a week. Would like to hit goal mid October which will be 2 years since the start of the weight loss journey.
36 weeks to go and 58lbs to go. 1.5lbs a week so will have to pick up my exercise as well.

S: baby toms & tiny cheese cubes

Full of cold STILL and feel dreadful
Breakfast - aldi go ahead version biscuits
Snack - banana
Lunch - small homemade cheese and salad wrap, apple
Snack - skips crisps
Tea - soup then pasta
Hungry as feeling sorry for myself. Sat with a low fat hot chocolate at the min.

Feeling very uncomfortable when I eat....I'm eating half the amounts that I was. Feel crap as have a cold and no energy :(
 
Hun that's quite possibly restriction kicking in. DOn't force it, eat less, but more often lovely.
 
It will come off hon. It has to! eventually it will run out of excuses and start moving :D
 
AIm for six meals a day now or eat every 3 hours. whatever works best for you.
 
Will def try to eat more regularly Hun. Did you experience such long stalls so early on your journey? X

I did ceecie, it eventually does start moving. As Yve said you may need to eat more regularly. It really worked for me. I upped my calorie intake and ate more regularly and it kick started it again. Good luck x

Thanks Pooh! I just can't get my head around the fact that I'm not losing, yet eating less than 800 cals per day!

Ooo that is low cal. Sounds like your body is holding on to what it can. Just up your intake a bit and see if that helps. I know it sounds scary but it really helped me and so many others x
 
No, I didn't, I dropped quite fast to start with, but I was never a tiny portions girl. I could always meet my nutritional needs.
 
Yesterdays Menu:

B: Granola bar x2 and a yogurt
S: Pepperami, dairylea dunker
L: warby brown thin with ham and cue
S: monster munch, fun Size choc bar
D: tomato soup with a dollop of mash pot in the middle
S:melon slices and Granola, protein shake

Need to eat more fruit and veg

Definitely eating more frequently may be beneficial. I still eat 5-6 times a day. Remember that our pre op stomachs acted as a storage system, that filtered nutrients into our bodies. Now we don't have that system, we have feed ourselves more often to keep ourselves going.
 
Yes in the early days it is advisable to have small regular meals however it says once you get further out 3 meals a day healthy balanced diet keep to your teaplate size though and healthy ratio, no snacking if ya can help it or just snack on fruit. So think once you get to 2 years possibly need to be looking at maybe just that. The body does adjust and eventually the absorbtion can improve to a certain degree that is how some people put the weight back on again it is always guna be a challenge I very rarely get the visual disturbances now just the odd bad tummy when it doesn't like something and a while since I dumped but I am careful really what I have. x
