Yes in the early days it is advisable to have small regular meals however it says once you get further out 3 meals a day healthy balanced diet keep to your teaplate size though and healthy ratio, no snacking if ya can help it or just snack on fruit. So think once you get to 2 years possibly need to be looking at maybe just that. The body does adjust and eventually the absorbtion can improve to a certain degree that is how some people put the weight back on again it is always guna be a challenge I very rarely get the visual disturbances now just the odd bad tummy when it doesn't like something and a while since I dumped but I am careful really what I have. x

This is where different providers can disagree. Mine supports the idea of small frequent meals for life. Personally, I think its about finding out what works for you.
 
Yeah this is the problem I have eaten small regular meals for a while but my weight stayed the same for about a year then started to go up. That's why I have started to try not to snack some days I manage it and some I don't. Even on weight watchers I used to find there was too much food to eat it used to kill me. But I do agree its what suits each unique individual. I have tried both ways. x
 
I'm with Fiona - this is still the way to go for me.
 
I think its great that we have learned what suits us best thankfully we have adapted our lives to suit how we eat now, some people aren't at that stage yet or just not in tune with their bodies. xx

Hi Yve.
I am at home Thurs and Friday so the test will come when I leave home at 7.30 In the morning because I usually eat my banana just before I start at 8. I am going to try taking some protein for breakfast instead and a small banana for a snack instead of a cheddars.
I can't eat sausages as I have rediscovered tonight because they go straight through me. I keep trying them but have decided tonight it's not worth it. I have some Quorn sausages to take instead because eggs are too smelly. Lol.

Will keep you appraised of my weight loss and hopefully it'll have an impact on my weight loss.

Good luck hon! The rosemary and onion sausages by linda mccartney are yum if it helps! I put them on in the actifry before I go in the shower and have them for breakfast :D

L. 2 Belvita oaty biscuits
D. 1 slice ham, 4 cherry tomatoes, 4 tsp cabbage, swede and potatoe mash with cheese on top

Fluids. 4 mugs of tea, 2 mugs coffee.

Crap all round! Better day tomorrow :)

L. 4 crackers with cottage cheese, 6 cherry tomatoes
D. Fillet of cod, cheese sauce, broccoli, cabbage
S. milky drink

4 mugs herbal tea, 2 mugs tea, water
 
B: 4 grapes (had brekkie on the run - well on the drive as had a busy day and I either ate them too fast or didn't chew very well but after 4 it started to hurt)
L: 2 crackers 1 dairylea 3 baby plum toms
D: sliver of chicken & salad
S: 3 baby plum toms and 6 tiny cubes cheddar
 
Yesterdays menu:
B: granola bar and a yogurt
S: pack if pom bears and a dairy lea dunker
L: got taken out for lunch by my boss: had mozzarella sticks and 3 Cajun wedges
S: grapes and melon
D: white fish fillet, / boiled potato, broccoli and cherry tomatoes
P: a little Ice cream sundae
