bypass daily menu -

I was thinking about trying Nando's next time I go out. Some chicken and mushy peas sound nice.

Breakfast - A nectarine
Lunch - 2 crispbreads with avocado, lot fat mozzarella and olives.
Dinner - Lean mince, reduced salt gravy, sprouts, asparagus and broccoli.
Snack - A slice of ham rolled up and filled with reduced fat houmous and lettuce.

Ah Sehelly it was so nice, it was the only thing out i could eat, took me ages to eat and didnt clear the plate but really enjoyed it lol x

Lunch - four melba toast two topped with Philly n baby beetroot, two Philly and smoked salmon
Dinner - roast beef and cauliflower cheese (homemade lf), ten cherries

Snack - ten grapes, ww bacon crisps

Breakfast muller corner

Lunch. Tuna pasta with light mayo, cucumber onion peppers

Dinner 3 pieces of fresh ravioli
snakes
Green gage cucumber and 2 slices of apple

5x tea 1 x lemon tea 75cl of water

Don't feel so tired today been busy so helps
Think mine is head hunger! Keep opening the fridge and looming in! Lol
Oh and 2 sugar free gum! Xx

Anna, Im a couple of weeks behind you op wise and I'm just trying to follow the diet info from the hospital. Some times feel a bit peckish even after following to the letter but sometimes I may have a snack or so more
 
Some days I eat more than others all depends how I feel and my body seems to tell me and does depend what I eat! Soup I can drink loads of! X
 
Yeah I base my menu and portion on my food guide, still don't meet the fluid requirements. maybe I should concentrate on that more before food? I don't always feel hunger but have my meals and snacks to keep on energy up x

Lol u guys r doing great, but try really hard to get your fluids up, u will suffer toilet wise if not n the bigger downside is if it ain't coming out its showing on the scales!!! xx

Ah I know its so hard fitting it in, not being able to eat and drink at same time is hard too, I did it once, out of habit I totally forgot not to and the pain in my chest was a stern reminder!! I guess its still early days x

I am back folks, sorry I have been away. Will start posting from tomorrow again. As on hospital food today. Can I just ask, although it is up to me, by all means please give me advice, kick my butt etc and help me eat right with your advice. I went off the rails slightly for two months but am back and need to focus on managing my pouch and lifestyle x

Hi all I have put on a pound so guna be more careful this week,
B allbran n banana, ssmilk prune juice
L Tuna, sweetcorn, tomato,onion, nectarine
D 10 Chicken poppets tomato sauce, strawberries(5)
1 fab ice lolly
2 ltr water, 4 teas n 1 coffee

am feeling bit lightheaded guna have to have some toast just now before bed time. x
