I was thinking about trying Nando's next time I go out. Some chicken and mushy peas sound nice.
Breakfast - A nectarine
Lunch - 2 crispbreads with avocado, lot fat mozzarella and olives.
Dinner - Lean mince, reduced salt gravy, sprouts, asparagus and broccoli.
Snack - A slice of ham rolled up and filled with reduced fat houmous and lettuce.
Ah Sehelly it was so nice, it was the only thing out i could eat, took me ages to eat and didnt clear the plate but really enjoyed it lol x
