Thank you. Yeah it was really nasty, so strange to have pain down in my intestines, after being used to feeling everything up in my chest lately. I was only sick once thankfully but it was in the car on the way to work so not fun. Will have to speak to my GP about an alternative :) x

Yes I did that as was allergic to Sanatogen complete too. He put me back on the Dailivits that the hospital gave me with my Adcal vit D & calcium. He also gave me liquid iron with zinc. These seem fine apart from taste yucky.

I use PhD protein powder vanilla (there are other flavours). Amazon is cheapest I've found. I make up with milk & add mixed berries ( fresh or frozen whatever I have) & blend with hand blender. 2 scoops give 35g protein then add milk from protein around 8 g & this gives me 43g protein from 1 shake. It takes me a longtime to drink it so usually have it for breakfast. To be honest I don't like any of them much a little bit powdery for my liking. There are ready made ones in Tescos tht another thread has mentioned. Not tried them yet.
Mine seem to be working for me as it got me out if my stall & I'm looking gain. Alo I struggle to get protein from meat & fish & it really stresses me out. So this gets a good shot of protein in me every day.

:bliss:

Doing a happy dance as I've successfully eaten some prawns for lunch without any pain or anything! Whoop! Will be braver with my food now.

Better day food wise as I got more protein in without any pain or discomfort and got lots of fluids in. Bad as didn't have any fruit or veg. Still, it's all good considering how things have been.

Also went to a gym today that does toning chairs (not tables) and vibrating plates. I have fibromyalgia so conventional gyms aren't any good for me. I really enjoyed my session and I'm going to be signing up next week.
