Hey folks, thanks for the well wishes, he is lovely and just beautiful (out my league!!) lol 34 years old over six foot dark hair n green cheeky eyes and a lovely soft Scottish lilt (swoon) , we went for lunch then fed the ducks and went for a walk in the local park (rufford), hes asked to see me again bank holiday weekend - he's an hours drive away so it will be a steady weekend thing by the looks of it n that's good for me as I'm in my little gym routine now xx

Big old grin on my face today :)

Breakfast - half portion pronutro (nerves!!!)
Lunch - half a plain jacket potato, bits of salad, roast pork
Dinner - two slices chicken, three olives, some cuecumber and lettuce

Snack - small glass fresh oj
Needs lots of fluids been v low today xx

Sounds Wonderful Mayamoo. I think it's really nice to take things slow and enjoy every minute. Keep us updated :)

Breakfast - Cottage cheese with a cracker.
Lunch - Ham Salad
Dinner - A chinese chicken thigh, no skin and 2 asparagus tips.
Snack - Nectarine, blackberries

Had a really good week. New job going great, fitness improving and thinking about upping swimming and joining a gym :)

Went to the vet down here in France with Dora the Dog & her passport so we can return to UK on Monday. Wonderful vet , she had to remove a tic from poor doggy's left eyebrow. Gave her an antibiotic injection. Worth every Euro I paid.
Well done hitting your goal.

Yeah there are some really wonderful vets out there and to anyone who loves there animals they are essential.

Breakfast 10 revels and a lemon tea!
Lunch 3 tea spoons of tuna pasta
Dinner chicken stir fry in chilli sauce very nice all veg prepped and picked by me!

2 500 ml bottles of water, 3xlemon tea, 2 x tea
1 milky coffee!!!
Snakes nuts mixed nuts handful and handful cashew nuts.4 teaspoons of mullet rice!

Breakfast bad but went to asda and bought some new cereals and food shop!
Kick up butt and will not do again! X

Well ladies you are all doing so well and May you have lost more than me n I am coming upto my 1 yr post on 20th this month thats amazing, dead jealous of ya, am happy with my loss as well but mine is really slow now.
B- Egg, tomato, onion
S - gingersnap cuppa tea
L - half small dumpling, mince, cabbage, carrots, delicious
T - Chicken breast with small salad left off meal out last night.
S 1 Plum
Water, tea, coffee
 
Maya I bet you smash that target the rate you are going :) and Melissa that is an incredible loss!

Breakfast - lf cottage cheese and 2 mini seafood sticks wrapped in a slice of ham. Couldn't quite finish it.
Lunch - BBQ chicken drumstick and some grapes.
Dinner - Planning on 2 BBQ chicken drumsticks.
Snack - I'm planning on having 2 crispbreads with lf feta cheese and putting a bit of apple on top. Not sure if the apple will go down or if I'll have enough room for it though.
Drinks - big cup of tea, 3 pints of water, Ribena really light, Orange juice with water.
 
Approach apple with caution. Hope it works out well.
