Breakfast - pronutro cornmeal
Lunch - tuna n sweet corn with lf mayo half a rice cake
Dinner - Frankie and bennys spaghetti Oceana (310 cal a portion) ate about a third of it and a little red onion salad
Fresh orange n water 50:50 mix

Went to watch Ted tonight - so funny!@

Anna I have been taking tablets since 2 and 1/2 weeks as the meds in liquid made me so sick tamara said try and see how you get on I was fine do I have just continued!

Breakfast - Costa Hazlenut Latte - from machine unsure if skimmed of full fat milk!!
Lunch - 3 small and fairly meatless ribs from sainsburys hot counter, 1/2 cooked chicken breast from hot counter. 1 Tbs salad, 1 tsp extra light salad cream.
Dinner - 2 cubes grilled lamb, 2 cubes grilled chicken breast. 2 tbs salad, 2 tsp salad 1/4 pitta bread

Snacks : 1 ham and cheese deli stick


Drinks : SS milk, large glass exotic juice with water, small glass water, cup of tea.

Depending on whether latte was full fat or skinny nutritional numbers are:
FFLatte Menu : 984cal, 17g sat fat, 75g protein
Skinny Latte Menu : 899cal, 12g sat fat, 64g protein.
Exercise totals today : 770cals

Off out tonight so couple of drinks at least, my dads b'day Monday so drinks only, going to the club, cheap drink as well, guna be house vodka n diet coke me thinks xx 4 of themn and i'll be giggling like a school girl. I used to be able to glug back a 70 cl bottle meself a while back but am very good now and get drunk lot quicker my friends have never seen me drunk till the last couple of times we have been out, I could drink all day n night n be ok but not now they think its hillarious when i get giddy, last week i had 3 drinks and when i got home the pillow was spinning round, still to greedy to be sick though, some things don't change, but will have to be really good tonight my mam won't like that kind of behaviour. xx enjoy lovliesxx

Hope your dad has a lovely birthday Chrisa and you all a a fab night out. Just wanted to ask I've seen a few times that you drink d.coke and lemonade - is that fizzy? I used to down bottles of diet coke like no mans business before started to cut things out of my diet back in feb. had a few glasses here and there but I've not had coke for about 2-3 months. I was advised to steer clear from fizzy - but I didnt know if this was a permanent thing or just at the start, I'm not worried I'm happy with squash and juices but, I love LOVE sparkling water could do with a glass of that now lol

Why do you need to steer clear of fizzy? I have given them up while on a VLCD but still love fizzy water.......would miss it. X
 
Fizzy drinks can be very uncomfortable for new smaller stomachs, the bubbles trap air inside and can be painful. If drunk regularly it has been said it can stretch your stomach but you can add some ice to a drink and stir until flat. Some people like to do this occasionally so they still get the taste of some of their favourite drinks :)

I love diet coke with vodka the coke is never that fizzy i get it from the pump so by the time its stood with ice as well n i get atwizzle stick n stir it regular there is little or no fizz left in it delicious.xx I do find it hard to drink anything fizzy on its own it hurts to gassy to drink, don't know if that will ever change i am 1 year post on the 2oth August n still like that so... xx:D
 
Breakfast - Blackberries
Lunch - King prawn, hot watercress, pickle onion and gherkin salad with a splash of soy sauce.
Dinner - Veggie lasagne with lf cheese.
Snacks - 50/50 water/oj. Strawberries and possibly a dairylea dunker. Planning to have a nas milkshake too as my calories and protein are pretty low today. That will make it 509 cal and 27g protein. So still low. Better tomorrow.

Tried sushi yesterday. I'm really happy it went down well as it is a favourite of mine :)

D: roast pork, veggies and gravy (only managed half of a side plate)
S: 2 babybel, small glass of OJ. Might have something else later. Soya yoghurt or something.
Drinks: J20, 3 pints NAS squash, 2 coffee. Must do better. Have been out and about so drink less than when I'm at home all day.

Terrible, Terrible, bad bad BAD!!

OK so in my diary I have explained occurances over the last couple of days. But tru to routine I will add my menu for yesterday and today, todays is REALLY bad!!:mad: Tomorrow I am going swimming - worked every night this week so not had chance to do me lengths. Tomorrow I am really gonna push myself.
So here goes - please dont be too hard on me :(:break_diet:

Friday:
B - Milky Coffee SS milk - 1/2 sugar
L - Leftover chicken and salad from Thursday dinner with asda light salad cream
D - Chicken breast, with cauliflower and cheese in cheese sauce. Small homemade rice crispy cake
Snacks - cheese and ham deli stick, 2 slices of tomatoe, 3 slices cucumber, 1/2 small banana. 1 and half crispbakes 1 with scraping of light olive spread, half with low fat peanut butter, 5 red grapes.

Drink count 6 cups of water with nas squash 1 tea

Total Calories 992, carbs 86g :(, sat fat 11, protein 61

Here's the bad one!!

Saturday
B - 1 egg omlette, WW cheese, 2 slices tomato, wafer thin ham, 1 crispbake
L - Tuna chunks in brine with tomato, cabbage and onion salad, 1 crispbake, 1 tbsp x light mayo
D - about 15 skinny chips, tbs coleslaw, tbs lettuce, slice cucumber, slice tomato 1 medium chicken breast BUT! It was a southern fried chicken piece! No kfc but from a pizza shop - luckily not as greasy as kfc nor is the skin as bad its more like a dusting of coating but no excuses thats bad
Even worse - snacks - 100g watermelon, cheese and ham deli stick, 1 and hald choc rice crispy cake, 2 crispbreads one with smart price butter!! One with olive light spread.
Drinks - 1 tea 3 nas squash

Total calories 1500 :mad::(:cry: carbs 55, sat fat 15, protein 113.


Thats it, tomorrow I am gonna snack on fruit if i feel the need but I am going to concentrate on fluids. I'm thinking of doing a milk day? What are your thoughts on this? I am so so SO disappointed in myself. Just had that loss of self control. I cant believe I havent been sick or had pain. GOD how stupid am I!!!

Anna I think you will be harder on your self than anyone else. Start fresh and put it behind you, Apart from a couple treats it's more about grazing I think, fill your self up on fluid and continue as you were as you are doing well. 2 days that you are not happy with aren't going to ruin this, tomorrow is absolutely another day. It's cliche but true xx
