B1slice of white toast-no brown shoppn tomorrow, 1 poached egg
S cuppa t, 1 cookie
L carrots, cabbage, turnip gravy, chicken
S 1 cheese straw
D carrots, cabbage, turnip, gravy, chicken, don't usually eat tha same again but enjoyed it.
Tea, water

B - Strawberries and blackberries. The blackberries come from my garden and are yummy.
L - Sushi.
D - Chicken and veg in a tomato sauce.
S - Might have some weight watchers quiche.

I had a nightmare last night that I was stuffing fudge cupcakes in my mouth! it did make me laugh when I woke up because that isn't even the sort of thing I would eat before, I was much more for things like pizza, crisps and fatty sandwiches. Just goes to show you some things play on your mind even if you don't realise it. Glad it was just a dream lol :)

Great day food wise as had salad for the first time since the op and everything was great and managed chicken twice without any problems. Whoop!

B: cheese and corned beef (think I'm dumping on this so changing my foods tomorrow)
L: chicken salad and LF dressing
D: quarter chicken breast (not all, still left some) 2 florets of broccoli, 1 floret of cauliflower, LF cheese sauce and gravy
S: 2 mini shortbread biscuits, soya cappuccino
W: 4 pints NAS, 2 coffees, 1 J20 - that's so far, still have this evening to go.

Didn't go on Friday nights date, a girlfriend had a mini meltdown at work so I rounded up the girls for post work drinks instead. Ovaries before brovaries as they say (do they really say that)

Breakfast - pronutro 35g made with water
Lunch - chopped chicken, baby plum toms, raw sugar snaps, one baby beet , two olives, lf mayo
Dinner - leftover slow cooked lamb, steamed sugar snaps
Snack - Greek fat free Muller Greek, ten grapes

Lots of tea and water n NAS squash

Hit Tesco at just the right time and got veggies reduced 10p prepped mixed salad, 30p organic grapes, 18p two organic peppers - fills me with rage big supermarketscharge so much (the grapes should have been three quid alone) will keep bargain shopping I think - it will ensure a varied diet if nothing else!!!!!
 
Much better day today am very pleased with myself! Modest much!

B - 2 large strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1 pot asda lf greek style yoghurt, tbs asda honey crunch.
L - 1 Iceburg lettuce leaf, 4 slices cucumber, 2 tbs asda 50% less fat tikka filling
D - Small salad - iceburg, tomato, cucumber and cantaloupe, couple of cubes of Apetina lf cheese, 1 small turkey breast steak dry fried. Tbsp xtra light mayo.


Drinks - 1 cup of tea, 4 cups of extra light ribena, will have tea and water at work

Totals: 481cals, 43gcarbs, 1g sat fat, 51g protein

S 1small slice bb with pate
D 1 small wrap, egg, onion, n tomato. strawberries.

ice lolly in afternoon, bin bit stressed today but ok now.

I am ta, was something n nothing, think its just worrying bout going back to work In September, and we had a family funeral on hubbys side, then to topit all have my dentist app on Thurs morning which i am always a bag of nerves for, I promised myself last year after my op that I wouldn;t feel like this ever again but here I am panicking, need to get a grip U know. haha xx:8855:

Good day today food wise - not as good as yesterday but still lol

B- 1 egg omlette, 1/2 slice toast, 1/4 tomato, 2 slices wafer thin ham, 20g WW cheese.
L - 8 grapes, 2 bites of ham sandwhich, 4 quavers, was out at bouncy castle fun day forgot to take my lunch and I was hungry lol! got home and had a small left over turkey steak from last night cold - dont think I can eat cold meats like this now - as much as I chew it still really uncomfortable going down.
D - 2 cubes grilled chicken breast, 2 cubes grilled lamb, 1/2 pitta, salad - lettuce, onion, tom, cu, 2 tbsp extra light mayo.
Snacks 1 crispback** tbs asda 50% less fat egg mayo.

Drinks - 1 tea, 5 glasses ribena extra light half cup water.

Totals: 846cals, 49g crabs, 7g satfat, 68g protein

Chrisa, glad you feeling better, good luck for the dentist, I'm sure you will be fine but I understand the nerves. I hate the dentist.

S - Boiled egg, grapes

Had a lovely day taking my friends little boy to the zoo but he is only 9 months old so he had more fun at lunch than looking at the animals bless him :)

Ladies I know I'm a sleever but just t let eveyone know been having some success with small amount of pasta. A new food for me.

Maya exactly what I tried - little bits in lots of sauce but still didn't work - thinly sliced cooked meats are fine well ham lol! Not tried others yet. So I am steering clear of cold meat now :(
