OK so in my diary I have explained occurances over the last couple of days. But tru to routine I will add my menu for yesterday and today, todays is REALLY bad!!
Tomorrow I am going swimming - worked every night this week so not had chance to do me lengths. Tomorrow I am really gonna push myself.
So here goes - please dont be too hard on me

B - Milky Coffee SS milk - 1/2 sugar
L - Leftover chicken and salad from Thursday dinner with asda light salad cream
D - Chicken breast, with cauliflower and cheese in cheese sauce. Small homemade rice crispy cake
Snacks - cheese and ham deli stick, 2 slices of tomatoe, 3 slices cucumber, 1/2 small banana. 1 and half crispbakes 1 with scraping of light olive spread, half with low fat peanut butter, 5 red grapes.
Drink count 6 cups of water with nas squash 1 tea
Total Calories 992, carbs 86g

Saturday
B - 1 egg omlette, WW cheese, 2 slices tomato, wafer thin ham, 1 crispbake
L - Tuna chunks in brine with tomato, cabbage and onion salad, 1 crispbake, 1 tbsp x light mayo
D - about 15 skinny chips, tbs coleslaw, tbs lettuce, slice cucumber, slice tomato 1 medium chicken breast BUT! It was a southern fried chicken piece! No kfc but from a pizza shop - luckily not as greasy as kfc nor is the skin as bad its more like a dusting of coating but no excuses thats bad
Even worse - snacks - 100g watermelon, cheese and ham deli stick, 1 and hald choc rice crispy cake, 2 crispbreads one with smart price butter!! One with olive light spread.
Drinks - 1 tea 3 nas squash
Total calories 1500

Thats it, tomorrow I am gonna snack on fruit if i feel the need but I am going to concentrate on fluids. I'm thinking of doing a milk day? What are your thoughts on this? I am so so SO disappointed in myself. Just had that loss of self control. I cant believe I havent been sick or had pain. GOD how stupid am I!!!
