bypass daily menu -

Anna you dont need to punish yourself doing a days milk diet!!! Look at your menu again the calories are a little high on day two but that's one day ...there are 21 meals in a week even if two if them are bad you'd still score over 90% !!! Bin the choc crispy cakes as they are doing FA for you and making u feel guilty and then relax!

Breakfast - fat free Greek style Muller yoghurt
Lunch - three olives, cooked chicken chunks, lf Philly, one crisproll
Dinner - slow cooked lamb, chantenay carrots, sugar snaps, runner beans, mint sauce

Half a mini treat bag haribo - binned rest just fancied a bit of something sweet

Thanks girls! I have woken up much more positive about things this morning. Did a 40min swim this morning, pushed myself and it felt good.

Last night I think I got a slight reaction after eating all that crap - you know when your drunk and get into bed and the room starts spinning and you feel sick well I had the sickness part. My stomach was churning and I was sweating badly - I know it was hot but I hadn't been sweating that badly with the heat all day - It's planted in my head that it was all the bad food that done it and that's what's sticking in my mind.
Maya the rice crispy cakes are out lol. Far far too easy to munch on and like you said they do FA! The Sainsburys Cripsbakes are out too - well the kids have got some for breakfast - if I haven't got them I can have them.

Gonna pop to asda in mo and get some fruit and natural or greek yoghurt.

I'm gonna focus and stay positive - well I'm NOT going to turn to food today!

Hope everyone has a good Sunday! xx

Feeling a little "meh" today only lost 1.25 lbs this week, low for me so back to basics this coming week and see if I can give myself a boost - 42.5 pounds to lose before my birthday in December to hit my 150lb target!

Fizzy drinks can be very uncomfortable for new smaller stomachs, the bubbles trap air inside and can be painful. If drunk regularly it has been said it can stretch your stomach but you can add some ice to a drink and stir until flat. Some people like to do this occasionally so they still get the taste of some of their favourite drinks :)

Thanks for that Shelleymarie. Though it was probably connected to the bubbles but didn't know it could stretch the stomach:(

Certainly keep his in mind post op x

Thats it, tomorrow I am gonna snack on fruit if i feel the need but I am going to concentrate on fluids. I'm thinking of doing a milk day? What are your thoughts on this? I am so so SO disappointed in myself. Just had that loss of self control. I cant believe I havent been sick or had pain. GOD how stupid am I!!!

Rant over - tomorrow is a new day and a restart

Oh bless you what a shame. I cannot give you advice as still pre op. however I would say dlstip being so hard on yourself. What has happened has happened. You can change what you eat from today but not what has been eaten the last couple of days.

Don't dwell on it as it might stop you getting back on track but learn from it and remove temptation for the next few days. Good luck x

Good for you Anna, onwards and downwards as they say xx

Maya - Still a good loss hun, when you've lost as much as you have in such a short time you will have the occasionally small week. I bet you will have a big loss next week :)

I'm not feeling that great either. I woke up in the night and was violently sick. There was nothing in my stomach though so was a painful experience. Do any of you ever get that? Every now and then I get it and I can never pin point why. Going to take it easy today.

Good for you Anna!!! Maya that's a loss my lovely your doing great and are such an inspiration to us all.. Shelley hope you feel better!!
