Lost 2 pounds this week. Seems to have really slowed down, although I know 2lb is still good I was getting use to losing it faster. I think an increase in exercise is probably what I need but finding that difficult at the moment as looking after my poorly mum who is currently bed bound so just seem to be cooking and cleaning and working at the mo, hopefully over the coming weeks she will get better and I can get back to swimming and join the gym

Lunch - Ham salad with spinach, pickles and gherkins.
Dinner - Minted lamb kebab type things.
Snack - A small low sugar/cal ice lolly and crackers with lf pate/feta.
Drinks - water, tea and oj.
