yoU might surprise yourself you never know may be a pound or 2 off by Monday, stay confident. :8855:

I was just going to agree Anna, You could easily lose 2 pound by monday. I've gone all week staying the same then lost 2 pound over night. I use to weigh myself everyday and now I've cut it down to twice a week, I want to get down to just once a week but I find it really hard. Thinking about asking someone to look after my scales during the week! Obviously still having issues of self control lol. Good luck for your next weigh in, I'll keep my fingers crossed :) x

I Do hope so ladies! It's my fault I usually stick to every monday but just couldnt help myself lol. I know I've lost inches because a couple of tops that were too short to wear with leggings are now ok :Dx

I've officially lost the most weight I've ever lost in my life now. That makes all this feel more than worth it now and I'm not even 3 months out. So excited about my future :D

Well Done Shelley!!! So happy for you x

Ana , you are a couple of weeks ahead of me and seem to be coping so well with a variation on food.

Im finding appetite is not very good , and when I do eat it feels like a lot of things are 'sticking'

Absolutely. I'm only now feeling like most food is ok apart from high fat and sugar of course. Give it some time and things should improve. Anything that doesn't stay down or feels like it is sticking try it again in two weeks, you might find it goes down well. Also having something that slides with something that doesn't might make it a bit easier in the mean time. So some baked beans with some boiled or casseroled meat might be easier in for now, eventually you want food to stay in there as long as possible but when you are struggling so much it's more important to get use to eating again x

Ant, a couple of weeks early on makes a huuuuge difference, you'll get there xx

Hope I do , seeing hospital on Thursday. Do you normally see the dieticians then too?

You will get there hun. Like maya said a couple of weeks is a huge difference. I used to get that sticking feeling and a twinge of pain. I put it down to not drinking enough fluids because now I'm more or less on recommended amount of fluids I rarely get it. *touch wood* x

That is absolutely brilliant mayamoo!! You really are an inspiration!! You must be really pleased with yourself right now!! Wish I could do half as well as you have done.. I don't seem to be losing anything. Weight just staying the same, not sure what I'm doing wrong. Hardly eating anything at all..
