Yay for the loss Anna. Hope you and everyone is having a good bank holiday.

Breakfast - Branflakes
Lunch - Duck, sugar snap peas, baby corn, spinach, mushroom stir fry with a little veg stock, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. I never use to be able to cook at all but I'm loving it now.
Dinner - left over from lunch.
Snacks - Ryvitas and grapes.

I'm off out for a nice dog walk up the cuckoo trail in Sussex. Loving life :)

Sweet potato gratin from morrisons bistro range (tasted amazing) and tuna kebab from.Tesco freezer section fifty cal a stick and u get four for £1


On a mission to spend as little on food no particular reason but infuriates me why something full price in the am is a tenth of the price at seven pm -

Today I got mixed baby veg packs x2, spinach, corn on the cob x2 piece and organic red grapes for a whole two fine English pounds - that'll do nicely thanks Tesco
 
Hi everyone, pleased ur all having a lovely bank holiday! Been to Metrocentre today, first day out really so put the make-up on and done my hair, felt human again. Well ladies Iv lost 9lbs this week, different scales as I got weighed in boots but who cares I am soooooooo happy :) infact I'm over the bloody moon!!!!!!! honestly thought it wasn't going to happen lol so I'm now 13stone 6 omg! Happy monday everyone xxx

91bs!!! oh wow dimond congratulations!! What a fantastic weight loss!! Now I feel even worse now, all I managed was 41bs last week, you will have to tell me where I am going wrong dimond xxx

The law of avaerages states it must come off when you are eating very little but correct things n drinking fluids knew you could do it, thought it might be a big one well done that'll spur you on till ur next weigh day, keep getting weighed at Boots once a week. xxxx brilliant xxxx;););););):):):):):):)

I suppose we are all different, and each will lose at a different pace, but even so dimond, that is an awesome weight loss!! WTG xxx
 
Amanda Hun you are not doing anything wrong it's just me being slow to start, you are doing great, what kind of things are eating. I'm on puréed stage and running out of ideas. Pleased its only for another 2 weeks!!!! Xxxxx
 
I seem to be averaging 5lbs a week, which is currently bloody good all things considered

I will be starting the soft mashed food at the end of this week dimond... cant wait!!! but i've tried all sorts of puree. Everything from corned beef and mash to pureed fresh fruit with low fat evaporated milk that was quite nice. I even pureed a tin of irish stew (minus the fat in the tin) and that was really yummy.. I actually worry about the amount I can eat on the pureed stage it seems such a lot.. Do you find that too dimond??
