Thanks ladies. Yes I'm an avid user of my fitness pal. I track my weight loss, inches lost and everything I eat. Most dieticians recommend we don't pay much attention to the scales or calories etc but I like to know what I'm putting in my body now, before when I was healthy eating I would do a lot of guess work so this way I know I can't fool my self. So far it seems to be working. I'll reassess if it ever becomes a problem. It is encouraging to look at previous weights/measurements and see the numbers go down too x
