bypass daily menu -

Don't think I'm there yet but definitely going to give it a go this time. Going to try and conquer all those things I wouldn't do in the past because of fat fears. No more fat fears! lol :D xx

Having said that I'm off to Alton towers Sunday and terrified I won't fit on the rides!!!
 
Oh you are so lucky, I can't wait to go. Don't worry you will fit fine on the rides. You are much smaller than I was last time I went and I fit fine. The have tester seats plus if you measure under 51 inches on your chest/waist/hips, which I'm sure you do, you will be fine :) x

Hello Ladies!

Hope everyone is well. Apologies for not blogging again I have been non stop with work, home, kids, market and general running around. Kids back to school today so hopefully things will settle back into routine again.
I was initially looking forward to my weigh in this week I thought I'd be a teen again but I think my terrible weekend menu put a stop to that! Hopefully this week.
I'm having issues toilet wise which I think is adding to my feeling of bloatedness and the ott with the carbs probably isn't helping. Today I am not working untill later so my menu is back to goodness I have the time to sort it!

weight for this week 20st 1lb 2.5lb loss.

b- 1 egg omlette, 1 slice ham, 1 plum tomato, 2 tbs baked beans
L - tuna mayo salad
D - turkey breast steak, green french beans cauliflower and broccoli with bit of lf phylli.

Maya you'll have an awesome time! and you'll have plenty of room to wiggle about! xx
 
Menu Plan for the day -

Breakfast - 4 Jacobs savours thins with nothing on them, Strawberries
Lunch - Home made Chicken and veg casserole
Dinner - Same as lunch
Snack - A small piece of chocolate (I'm not a sweet toothed person, would have much rather hamburger in the past but fancy something sweet later, Have worked out sugar and it's less than the strawberries so I hopefully I don't dump!) Ryvitas and low fat cheese if I fancy it - I often don't get round to eating all planned snacks.

551 cals 33g carbs 15g fat 56g protein 10g sat fat

Well its good being back to work cos the opportunity for head hunger to creep in is not there, I am all over like a blue a*** fly. Menu today-

B granola, dry- with grapes
S nectarine
L shape ff yoghurt, packet of fridge raiders.
D corned beef, hot pot, containing corned beef, potato, carrots n onions
small ice lolly mmmmmmmmmmmm

Tea, water

Busy day am shattered now xx
 
We had a someone around for lunch time - the first time I have cooked for someone else (other than the husband) since my bypass and I couldn't just do one course could I. It had to be four!

B - boiled egg

Lunch - starter - 4 mussels a very small piece of french bread
main - roast chicken, mixed bean tomato and feta salad - a small plate of this
dessert - sugar free jelly with forest fruits - I only had a teaspoon
cheese and biscuits - 2 poppy seed thins a tiny piece of Wenslydale and cheddar

Despite eating what sounds like a mammoth lunch I still had a black out and so even though not hungry have just had some dinner

D - some left over chicken and salad

S - I am going to try and have smoe jelly in a couple of hours
 
I really love reading everybodys menus, and it gives me ideas for my own meals now and for the future. I actually managed to eat a crackerbread today with no problems, but not sure if thats a good or bad thing lol!!
Anyway heres my menu for today::

B 100mls Skim Milk & Crackerbread with L/F cheese
S L/F Cheese Triangle
L 100gms poached Cod with spice & garlic & 100gms mash
S L/F Cheese Triangle
D 100gms poached cod spice & garlic (no mash)
S L/F Cheese triangle

Protein 87.8 - Cals 579 - Carbs 29.7 - Fat 8.1

Drinks 500ml 40gm Protein water - 1.5 litres NAS Squash - 500ml iced water - cup of green tea

Need to up my calories I know but its so hard at the moment..
 
Breakfast - rachels kitchen organic fat free yoghurt and half portion start right
Lunch - one rice cake, three crabsticks, 40g lf Philly and peeled cuecumber, three,radish
Dinner - two eggs boiled n mashed with lf salad cream, four melba toast

Snack - 15g edamame beans


Date night tonight just waiting for the man child to pick me up for a couple of drinks :) (oj for me!)

Wonderful menues ladies. Iv been out today and havent consumed much food.
B glass of ss milk
L 4 x mouthfuls of tuna& mayo on a jacket pot
D 3-4 mouthfuls of smoked cod in soya and ginger sauce
1x bottle of protein water, cup of tea and I'm now having another glass of milk.
I feel quite sick today :-(

Fantastic protein! and the crackerbread is a good thing. They always go down nicely as they can be chewed to mush. They are filling too. I found things got better from cracker stage :) x
 
Hope you are feeling a bit better dimond, home now and tucked up in bed, just a couple of drinks and a catch up it was nice but I think he's more into me than I am him (always the way lol) I call him the,man child because he's six foot three and looks like a man but is only 26 and his little boy side sometimes shows... Sulking for example lol xx

Morning all, Hope the catch update was good May, and Dimond hope you wake up refreshed without the sickness feeling. I have been weighed and lost a pound, can't believe its a week today since we went to Scotland for 3 days, where does the time go, we talking Christmas parties now? Some nice ideas on menu's keep up the good work all. Think substituting the savoury crackers for sweet thiongs is helping my weight loss bit thank you for the ideas, sometimes you just need a fresh view of things to give you a kick start, lost 1/2 stone in last 4 weeks so know a stall is headed and am waiting for it was nice surprise that it didn't happen this week. Am now 15st 3lb waiting to get in the 14's, when is the big question, "Bring it on" xx
