Don't think I'm there yet but definitely going to give it a go this time. Going to try and conquer all those things I wouldn't do in the past because of fat fears. No more fat fears! lol xx
I really love reading everybodys menus, and it gives me ideas for my own meals now and for the future. I actually managed to eat a crackerbread today with no problems, but not sure if thats a good or bad thing lol!!
Anyway heres my menu for today::
B 100mls Skim Milk & Crackerbread with L/F cheese
S L/F Cheese Triangle
L 100gms poached Cod with spice & garlic & 100gms mash
S L/F Cheese Triangle
D 100gms poached cod spice & garlic (no mash)
S L/F Cheese triangle
Protein 87.8 - Cals 579 - Carbs 29.7 - Fat 8.1
Drinks 500ml 40gm Protein water - 1.5 litres NAS Squash - 500ml iced water - cup of green tea
Need to up my calories I know but its so hard at the moment..
