I'm slightly disappointed this week as only a 1lb loss. I'm come Monday nine weeks out and all other weeks I've averaged 5lbs

I wonder if that's my problem. Been finding last week or so with oh in hospital that my eating is not as regular.

Sometimes go five or six hours with no food Liz she. I get home it's either microwaved weight watchers things or say a jacket with a filling.

Disappointing weight loss this week. Only 1lb. I'm on Monday nine weeks post op and had been averaging 5 lbs a week.

Could eating pattern be causing it?

A loss is a loss and yes eating pattern and food type will slow losses, won't take any longer to cook a low fat high protein scrambled egg n chopped ham meal instead of a ping it dinner! Infact it will take less time! I would batch cook something so you can ping that instead - like slow cooked meats with potato onion and carrot - cheaper too!! You haven't got it easy right now but make sure u invest five-ten min to cook yourself something fab though x

With her being home for weekend going to make a couple of things to freeze

I've tried scrambled egg and it feels like sticking

Yeah May has some greta ideas there. you could have cauliflour cheese, you can get meals to reheat but easy enough to make your own, tubs of bisto cheeses sauce just add boiling water is fine over leeks or cauli with bit of mash you could add bits of meat to it bacon chicken etc. Fish in parsley sauce with steamed veg is nice don't take an age to cook, The beauty with shepherds pie if its homemade is you can make a big batch and freeze it with the veggies tis lovely, Sunday lunches I lived on day in day out was one way I knew i was getting a good balance diet used to love it. Fish pie etc, bolgnaise without pasta, add peppers and onions or whatever other veggies you prefer, yiou cna keep tins of fruit in the house as long as they are in their own juice, also can get little tubs of low fat custard, jelly, rice just make sure not too much sugar n fat in . xx

Don't think the, carbonara could as its made with skim milk soft cheese and egg so it could end up a bit scrambled with reheating - when u make it fresh you literally throw the sauce on cold just before you serve x

Mayamoo, it's my ambition to go to Thorpe park and ride on all the big rides with my boys, and I 'plan' to do this next summer. I'll be thinking about you tomorrow, but you're gonna be fine, have a fantastic time.
Xx

Just woke up for the towers, my fear factor is high right now and its not the big drops!!

Have fun! We went a couple of years ago - rode up on my motorbike for my birthday treat. And of all the rides we went on, the one that killed us and had my partner being quite unwell was the "enterprise" I think it was called. Had my partner and I feeling very very dizzy for the rest of the day. You have been warned.

Mayamoo I guarantee you will fit on them all now you are now slim enough to fit on all the rides. Look in that mirror lady and really see whats there its our heads that are playing silly *******. You have a fab day xxx plenty water guna be a hot one xx
