My menu for today!!
B 100mls Skim Milk & hard boiled egg
S L/F Cheese triangle
L 85gms Red salmon & 3 melba toasts
D Will be H/made Healthy living mince,onion & mushroom
S Piece of biltong just to chew on!! (won't be able to swallow it I know, but just want the taste)...

Protein 88gms - Calories 620 - Carbs 23 - Fat 18.8
Drinks 500ml 40gm protein water - 1 litre NAS Squash 900ml iced water - Cup of green tea..

Not until lithe 26th Amanda but I'm goingbtomphone on Monday for an emergency app. Just so frightened of getting tooth out. I don't think my body can take any more pain lol!!!
Iv commented on another thread chrisa, but I'm so pleased people showed up and you all had a good natter. Xxx

Dimond. Can you not got to an out of hours? I know in Newcastle there's the dental hospital
 
Retfordmag Newcastle hospital is the culprit that has made me so frightened of the dentist. Had a tooth out there a few years ago now and no word of a lie it took them 3 hours!!!!! I sat in the chair at 9.30 and left at 12.30. They had to cut my gum open and chip away some of my jaw to get the bloody thing out. I know their are students and have to learn but even the main man had difficulty getting the damned thing out so I will never go back there again!!!!!! But thanks for the recomendation lol xxx
 
I suffer with my teeth terribly dimond, and I have found something called orajel. You can only buy it from the pharmacy and its about £5.00 per tube but it is amazing. It is a proper local anasthetic.. It got me through 5 days with a raging tooth abscess, so it might be something you want to try if only to get you through the weekend..

Thanks for the well wishes people. Still feel rough today and still craving carbs. Really didn't have the best day food wise, seems I can manage to avoid comfort eating in all circumstances other being ill, stayed well within my calories just not the best choices for weight loss.

Breakfast - Slice of wholemeal toast with Philadelphia light.
Lunch - Medium hard boiled egg mixed with a tiny bit of cheese and extra light mayo on top of 2 ryvitas.
Dinner - a small slice of pizza - yeah not good. Back on the high protein low carb stuff tomorrow.
Snack - nectarine.

663 cals 54g carbs 23g fat 27g protein!

Aaaaawwww love, sorry to hear you're not feeling too well. You n poor diamond are going through it at the moment. Don't beat yourself up too much, you know you've not made the best choices today and you'll fix it going forward! Hope you feel better soon Hun. Diamond, so sorry to hear you're still suffering. I really do feel for you. I hope you feel better soon too. Xx
 
Thanks Sarah. Yeah I know how to eat well, so I'm annoyed at myself for not doing it today but I will tomorrow. One crappy day of nutrition won't kill me but hopefully next time I'm ill I can avoid being tempted by rubbish food as It won't make me better any quicker. Oh well lots quality protein and veggies tomorrow :) xx
 
Sorry you are steeling feeling rough Shelley.. Try not to beat yourself up over one bad day foodwise. You normally eat so healthily and make all the right choices, that one day isn't going to make any difference in the grand scheme of things. In fact you never know, the change in diet might even shock your body into dropping a couple of extra pounds!!! Hope tomorrow you are feeling a little better shelley.. xxx

I was so scared of dentists , I was going there as a kid til I was about 19 under the main dentist there a Professor Murray.

Food today

Breakfast- 1 slice wholemeal toast with low fat spread and a poached egg
Lunch - 1/2 a weight watchers crustless quiche
Dinner - jacket pot with beans and chopped raw onion

Snack - 1/2 banana , two crackers with two light dairylea triangles

Drinks 1/2 litre water, four large cups of tea
 
Lost two pounds this week, lost that by Wednesday then have stuck since lol.

Went out last night in a size fourteen knee length fitted dress (with big old spanx pants on lol) I am not used to being approached in bars and last night I was astounded, my friends and I had a table and they kept nudging me saying oh think you have caught someone's eye and true enough they came over in a steady fashion all night with lovely compliments - I needed that lol

Roll on the next night out I say, the man draught might be over!

D - homemade Spanish chicken, slow cooked thigh with onions, tom pasata, cherry toms, yellow n red pepper, olives


Hours spin class at higher intensity level at six pm today (sob)

Lunch - Scallops stir fried in a little flora light with garlic on a bed of lettuce
Dinner - Reduced fat lamb escalope with steamed veg
Snack - Grapes
 
Pleased you're feeling better Shelley. Maya, way to go girl, you're doing amazing. Im feeling a lot better today, pain has eased quite a lot thank goodness. Do you think I'll still have to have tooth out if infection has gone?
When can you start eating fruit with skin eg peach grapes etc I'm 5 weeks out tomorrow and trying new foods but frightened incase skin gets stuck xxx
