I don't think so, I've just had a couple of difficult days hun... I have to say I have little or no appetite at all, and can only eat really small portions...I avoid carbs as by time I've had protein & veg no chance of anything more.
I can eat ready brek with 200ml of milk but tend to do that at weekends xx

My appetite seems to be increasing and I seem to be eating more and more! Also I haven't had a problem eating anything so far. Meat is not a problem. As I'm only 6 weeks haven't tried bread yet but going to take it easy as I've had a difficult 6 weeks recovering from 2 major operations. Hope you're ok?

Stress hun, that's all at work - was worrying about a situation...I know my tummy as small as I could get it as mine was revision surgery! Seemed to make everything tighter than normal. I have no hunger at all, occasionally feel empty but it takes a great deal for that xx

Stress makes me eat more! You're lucky you don't feel hungry. Think mine is head hunger. Are you not feeling weak on such low calories?

Occasionally, but I've been back to work 10 days which can be 9-12hr days plus gettin ready time no probs.
If it doesn't go in, I can't eat it.
It's strange feeling & one I always hoped of, but even now I'm relieved...it prob is head hunger - which I don't think is unusual but think, again due to being revised I've done this before & am finding it annoyingly a walk in the park xx

Think that's part of my problem. Need to get back to work to take mind off eating. Been stuck at home for 4 weeks and all I think about is food, when can I eat, what can I eat, how much can I eat etc I had a gastric band removed last April after scar tissue built up and made me ill. I should know the score and feel a bit like "yeh I've done this before" but I should know better! Think I need to get busy!

Been to see the dietician today, she was very pleased with what i am eating. I am now at goal weight and they now want me to maintain my weight at 10 and a half stone and not loose anymore weight. I am very chuffed that i have managed to loose 12 stone in 12 months and can proudly say i am at goal, now the hard bit is to maintain my healthy weight. Happy happy me!! Fantastic :) so pleased for you :)

Chin up, keep going, give your body chance to catch up...your menus look great, so try and chill a bit :)

I feel really healthy at the moment, probably as healthy as I've been in my adult life. So there is something to be said for that.
I was quite tolerant of my stall for the first 5 weeks, but now im getting frustrated. I literally have no idea why it's happening. Feel like I'm doing everything right. So I just don't know. Same rules don't apply.

I'm exactly the same! Weird isn't it??

That is very weird, maybe its the weather. Or maybe its stress. I know you have been through a very stressful time. I was also very stressed at the beginning of this stall, because my mother lost her sight because of her blood pressure and my aunt was diagnosed terminally ill, oh and my car broke down. All on the same day! Stressed caused me to stall before. I so hope that now things are calmer, things will move again. I fear that I've just stopped, and I don't know why.

B: Greek yogurt and granola.
S: protein bar.
L: macaroni cheese.
D: corned beef hash.
S: choc ice.

Can I just say ladies once I hit the year and just a tad over I lost very little then we had a challenge to lose weight for Christmas, I managed a nutha half stone which really took some work only after 6 months it went back on n I did nothing different, I then went back to what I had been and was there for nearly a year then this other half stone has crept on just since January. I think I am eating more healthy if that's possible, I have always eaten healthily just portion control was my biggest thing I have cut down on the treats and most months only have one night drinking now. What else can we do. I am just living my life the best I can. The stalls are a pain but once they stop dropping its a bit stressful I agree, without having lifes other stresses upon us. We have to be thankful for some things I suppose what about all the poor folks who have been told to lose no more yet it keeps dropping off them, knew that would never be my problems. Love to hear someone say I forgot to eat that never happens to me, even when busy my mind shouts you haven't had your food yet. I look forward to food. Io was at a small leaving meal this week we went to the Chinese. WEll one of us is veggie and the other 2 of us shared. We had crispy duck with 3 little wraps each of which I had 2 and duck with spring onions and hoisin sauce. For our main we had between us chicken in garlic with veg and some special fried rice 3/4 bowl went back and that was 2 of us sharing, boy it was delicious and all washed down with a glass of water. Got home no pain but could feel the bit of rice sitting at the bottom of pouchy, had a cuppa tea and went to bed that sorted it out and pushed it through. I am having a night out Saturday night and will be having a good drink, feeling fatter with the small weight gain but hopefully when the music starts I wont care dancing and laughing just add to the feel good factor, I love music n dancing hope we have a fab night we ususally do. x Don't depair Fsinc just carry on keep fighting but most of all keep living. xx

Thank you Chrisa. It made me chuckle when you say about people forgetting to eat, im the same as you - I NEVER FORGET TO EAT. Haaha. I do love food, and always had a healthy well balanced diet. I just ate loads of crap and binge ate on top. I was never thin, a fat child and a fatter teenager. So perhaps there is no hope. But if I am reaching my stopping point, then a part of me sees my chances of motherhood slipping away.

I just want to understand why. I find it hard to believe that my metabolism is so ruined that I can maintain over 14 stone of me on 1500 kcals a day. I have an active job, and now on my 3-4 days off a week I work out for 40-60 mins doing cardio and strength training at the gym. I have actually fallen a bit in love with the gym, hahaha. Just no satisfactory (ie scientific) answers yet.

Yes I went through the gym years, I also tried running which really made my knee bad as did the running machine, as did zumba some how managed to twist it so stick with ordinary dancing and stretches mainly and lots of walking, I have always had an active job. I really hope yours keeps dropping. Everyone feels the need to be a parent and I can't imagine what life would be like not being able to have children. xx

Could your body be making muscle, then? Does the stall tie in with you starting the gym?
